Dan was an excellent salesman. I enjoyed working with him. The finance department was also a breeze. The only concern I have is the fact that it takes so very long to get a chair covered in another pattern. It takes way too long. Dan is going to check on the status of that order today (10/19). Other than that, it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend others to deal with him.

We had a bed, sofa and table and chairs delivered. Your delivery men were very pleasant and eager to set the furniture up correctly. Excellent experience!!!

I honestly liked her and she was helpful and nice. Just sort of kept going on about mattress and I could not afford anything more then chair I got which I love. Thank you

My husband and I started shopping during the Labor Day sales in September, 2016 at the Kingsport store. We found a sectional that we fell in love with and we even took a picture of it. We decided to go to the Wise store because of the taxes between Tennessee and Virginia, it would have been cheaper to buy in Wise. We came in the store and a sales representative asked to help, so we showed her the picture of the furniture that we liked from the Kingsport store. She took us right to it. The only thing left to do was decide if we wanted the Recliner with it or not. We finally decided not to take it and we proceeded to tell the sales rep that we wanted just the 3 piece sectional we fell in love with. As she was typing up all of the papers she typed up the WRONG set and we had no idea that she did because we didn't pay attention to the name of the couch until they delivered the WRONG sectional on Saturday, October 8. The delivery men told us to call the store so we did. The manager of the Wise store, Ashley, apologized for the inconvenience and told us that they will have the correct sectional delivered to us on Wednesday, October 12. I asked her if there would be any additional charges and she told us NO. The only thing we would have to do is come to the store and sign the new documents stating we were getting the other sectional. So I took off Monday from work and went to the store only to find out she wanted to charge me another $200 more for someone else's mistake to make up the difference. I was so upset that I even started crying. She felt bad and then told us not to worry about the extra charges that she would handle it. I couldn't believe that she was even asking us to pay for her employees mistake. She then told us, again, that our new sectional would be delivered on Wednesday. I called Wednesday morning at 10am when the store opened and they told us that they would be delivering between 6pm and 7pm and I said ok thank you. I have no cell phone signal at my house so I did not receive a phone call when they tried to deliver, nor did they try to leave a message telling me that they couldn't get ahold of me to deliver the couches. Although they didn't seem to have a problem delivering on Saturday when they delivered the wrong set. They said they tried calling that Saturday and couldn't get ahold of me so they brought it anyway. I left work early on Wednesday to be home when they got there with my couches, but they never showed. My mother-in-law called Thursday, October 13 in the morning to see what happened to my couches because she was the one who was going to have to be there when they delivered since I had to work. They told her that since they couldn't get ahold of me that THEY ASSUMED I DIDN'T WANT THE COUCHES ANYMORE!!! The lady who answered the phone gave my mother-in-law attitude throughout the whole phone conversation. What kind of company after confirming delivery time with me the same day would just assume we didn't want the furniture anymore? I feel that we are being punished for not paying the extra $200 for their sales representatives inability to read and use a computer and click the correct sectional set. I demand something be done about this because I still have the wrong set of furniture sitting in my house. I will not being paying any of my bill until something is done about this!!!! Does every customer get treated this way? Very disappointed in the service that we have received with this company. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH GRAND AFTER THIS WHOLE ORDEAL. I've already missed 1 whole day of work and I left early another day because of the irresponsible actions of this company and I DEMAND to be compensated for my loss!!!

Still don't have the correct furniture after two attempts to deliver. In addition, had to keep calling to follow up. Special order is taking extremely long time to deliver...more than 8 weeks!

Had to cancel order due to inexperience of sales person.

I bought a couch and a love seat at the Wainsborough grand home furniture I also bought the warranty with it it is two years old and the seat cushions are completely falling apart and so far I have gotten no feedback from them I sent them pictures and I'm still waiting for them to do anything. I have no kids at home it's just me and my husband and hear the seat cushion should not be falling apart just after two years . Ok I have went to your web site and I am waiting for a reply. I have the pictures I sent to Colleen Price at the Waynesboro store. There is no place to upload pictures on your web page. If this problem isn't fixed I will never shop your store again. People who buy furniture can not afford to buy a new living room set every 2 years. It should lady a lot longer than that.
