When we received the mattress and adjustable bed frames the mattress was not in a box as was said it would be and the plastic cover had a big hole in it. We sent in back with the delivery truck. We kept the bed frames but after a few hours we noticed a strong unpleasant odor coming from the frames. We had to end up putting them in the garage because of the smell until they could be picked up. We canceled the order and went to Sears and got what we needed. Also by going to Sears we got the same mattress and bed frames for $1,800.00 less then we were going to pay at Grand.

We ordered beds from Maine, over the phone, sight unseen, asking the sales person in Lexington, Virginia help us pick out two sets of mattresses and frames that would suit our needs. The delivery had to be coordinated between Grand and our daughter who would meet the delivery for us. All went smoothly. Delivery happened within the time requested. And the beds met our needs perfectly. The cost seemed appropriate to us. We would definitely recommend Grand in Lexington.

There was a language barrier for me when dealing with the Asian sales persons. Also hard to get questions answered over the phone.

The store was great! Nice selection and good to work with and deal with. Employees were a good help in knowing what I was looking for and leading me in the right direction in a timely manner. No issues with purchasing any of the items. Delivery though was a bit rough on my pieces and the interior of my house. I had to touch up a few places in my hall ways and a door frame was damaged along with my chair for my living room, as the forced it through the opening instead of trying to turn it or figure out another way. Seemed like they were in a hurry. Minor damages to the chair but still more than I wanted being brand new pieces. One of my pieces is missing a foot on the bottom and I told the person that did the follow up phone call after delivery and she said someone from the store would be connecting me and it's been almost 4 weeks and no one has called back or followed up. I will be making a stop by the store at some point. Over all, average athe best experience.

Over the past 6 years my husband and I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of furniture from Grands. The first living room suite we thought was just bad furniture. We purchased a bedroom suite and mattresses which have been ok. I recently purchased a new living room suite to replace the first one and basically the arm is broken off the couch. I called a month ago and they wouldn't replace (which I was not pleased with) instead sending a repairman which I agreed was acceptable. It has now been over 3 weeks since he left my house and I have not heard anything. I have to go through the ordeal of them coming and taking the piece with him and bringing it back. I called back to complain about the inconvenience and was told they were "cracking down" on replacing furniture that they didn't have to.... My couch arm has been hanging on my couch for a month and they won't replace it.... They obviously do not care about keeping their repeat customers. I have more furniture to purchase and they would have gotten my business until now- I do not recommend Grands to anyone! Thankfully this has been taken care of and they were great in handling it. Best ever. Purchased mattress with warrantee when I called they sent service man out. Got to pick out brand new mattress at no charge, they didn't push a upgrade on us and even got the rest of the first warrantee added to new mattress at no charge.

My husband and I came to Grand in Waynesboro, Va. looking for a new bed. We were welcomed as soon as we came in to the store with a very knowledgeable associate. Delivery was efficient and professional too. Best investment we ever made was this bed. We are so happy!

My next purchase will also be from Grands!!
