Grand Home FurnishingsReviews of grandhomefurnishings.com

This Grand Home Furnishings store was the best one I have ever visited. All the staff was so very friendly and helpful. We lost all of our furniture in a flood and they went out of their way to help out anyway they could. Nice easy going atmosphere. Love the furniture-the look of it and the quality. The delivery guys were very efficient as well. Would recommend this store to anyone.

I have purchased so much furniture from other places and I finally decided it would be much better to go to Grand, maybe pay a little more, but get quality furniture instead of stuff that needs to be replaced every couple of years. I am thrilled with my new sofa and will be back to Grand for other items.

We have always had excellent service from Grand Home Furnishings. They stand behind their products & and the employees are very friendly, answer questions when one calls. In fact we just purchased more furniture on labor day. The only furniture store we purchase from. Delivery people are a great group also.

There were some inconsistencies and incorrect information that was given to me by the sales representatives concerning delivery dates of the furniture. However I spoke to the store manager, who was very apologetic and kind and resolved the situation.

My wife wanted to stop and see what you had and the selection was great. We ended up buying a couch, a coffee table and two lamps. The salesperson was fantastic.

I traveled an hour to shop at Grand for my first furniture purchase, planning to completely furnish a living room. I stopped by the Tanglewood store and was disappointed in the customer service. I was not greeted upon arrival and was passed by 3 employees, none of which asked if I needed assistance. I chose to leave but headed to the Valley View location. I was greeted immediately as I walked in by a very knowledgable employee, Scott Hancock, who was not only enthusiastic about his job but interested in my business. He provided me with the information I needed to find the right furniture for me. I believe Scott, along with the entire group of staff I encountered today at Valley View, went above and beyond with customer service even during a busy day.

Working with Barry 3000 miles away was a breeze . Fantastic furnishings and great prices !

My wife and i purchased two adjustable beds with stern and foster mattress in full size. Had a great experience during the buying which most people do. We bought them in kingsport from a salesman named Elliot. They were bought during a holiday which meant there was some delay in receiving them which was explained ahead of time. Elliot kept us informed of the delivery schedule.Delivery and set up went great. When i laid down to check bed, it was to short. We had tried out a queen in the store. Called the store and they were more than happy to take care of me, which i am not use to such great service after a sale. I paid the difference between the beds and another great delivery and set up. Again Elliot kept informed of what was going on and if anything else was needed. Best buying experience i have every had. thanks Elliot and grand
