I have always been treated well by sales, delivery and service people at Grand. I started with the BLACKSBURG Va store and have since dealt with Wise, Va and Kingsport, TN. Good choices, quality, value and service.

The furniture selection is beautiful. However, I think it's totally unfair to charge a delivery charge for a 10 mile delivery!

I had a great experience with the Lewisburg store and would recommend it to my friends. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable and everything happened just as explained.

The personnel at Grand make shopping a lot easier than most stores. It is a pleasure to shop there and the prices are so much better than other stores.

One star says what I think. I received damaged sofa and manager was extremely rude. Finally got call back after 6 times asking for resolution. I will not buy anything ever from this store. Will shop wolf furniture.

After a long wait for my furniture I received short notice it would be delivered the next day. We scrambled to empty our living room, gave the old furniture away. They brought furniture, it was not the color I ordered. I sent it back and called the warehouse and spoke to "customer service". Her tone and demeanor were beyond rude she offered no assistance and no apology. So here it is the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend. I have guests and a get together tonight and no furniture.

I will never purchase anything from Grand again. My mother purchsed two mattresses from the outlet in Wirtz va and was satisfied with her purchases so while I was on vacation at SML i stopped in a decided to purchase my mattress there as well. I ordered a California King bed from them and when it was delivered a couple weeks later it turns out I have a kIng. Grand said there is absolutely nothing they can do becase a California King is a special order. AKA, they just dont want to deal with it because I guess they dont sell enough of them. Wirtz store is an Outlet store with DAMAGED furniture on clearance and they wont just swap out a mattress for me. Now im stuck with a $2000 bed frame and an $800 mattress that will not fit the bed. I can go to Carmax and buy a $50,000 car and return it a few days later if I do not like it but I can't swap out an $800 mattress because it's easier "because it was special order". I have called around to other company's and read other reviews and other company's have made it right for their customers even though they might lose a little money but they would keep that customer for life. Well they just lost a customer for life and my entire family as well. My mother was going to order an entire bedroom set from them but not now. I would hate for something not to fit and the company to say "sorry bout your luck". I contacted the coporate office and they advised they would have the "manager" of the store contact me. Well he didn't, he had the salesman contact me instead. What kind of manager lets their salesman deal with an issue instead of trying to resolve it themself.
