What a trip!! We wish we had gone to more places. Three of us did 24 days and five countries. It was so well organised and easy to follow instructions. Even if you missed a bit you could easily get back on track. Sometimes we didn't go in the suggested order and it still worked well. The train travel was brilliant, the picks up great. Only one was late but still in the time frame in the instructions. Even when there was track work in Berlin Jared referred us to help and all kept going. We were able to hop on and off buses, trams and trains with no hassle. All tickets provided and again full instructions. We thought the best part was the guided tours. The guide arrived at the hotel and off we went. Their insight and information was fantastic. They could answer questions and gave personal experiences. We opted to stay at 3 star hotels and weren't disappointed. Jared had organised a few things we would never have considered ie rafting. We had a lot of fun. We travelled with pack backs as our only luggage which we found an enormous benefit as we watch other travellers struggle with suit cases on the trains. We would suggest if you needed a suit case try to travel with the smallest one you can. Also made it quicker getting out of airports not having to wait for your bags. We were away for a total of 7 weeks and did buy one small case between us to bring home the things we had collected along the way. We would definitely recommend this holiday and would do it again.

My family and I just returned from what was undoubtedly our most treasured and favorite traveling experience. We booked an Eastern European Tour (Budapest, Bratislava, Salzburg, Vienna, Prague, Krakow) with Go Real Europe and we all from now on will exclusively be using them for our travels wherever they offer. Every single city tour we booked was phenomenal; guides were waiting for us on the hour in our hotels, every pickup service to/from train stations was not even 2 minutes late. Martin, our personal agent, was always accessible, quick to reply, and so accommodating. Each of our hotels were located in the heart of the cities so we could just walk out and explore to our hearts desire. The itinerary was the perfect blend of organized tours and excursions with guides and free time for ourselves. In fact, the itinerary booklet we received was so detailed (down to the yards and steps) that we felt guided even when we were exploring cities on our own. The whole organization was superb and we genuinely could not be happier. I wholeheartedly recommend Go Real Europe and can not wait for our next adventure with them.

I told our travel consultant (Martin) that if this trip executed as well as it planned, GoRealEurope would have my recommendation and it DOES. Six of us recently returned from a vacation to Prague, Cesky Krumlov, Salzburg, Vienna, and Budapest. We were very impressed with all that GoRealEurope did to help the vacation go smoothly. What I would MOST recommend are the 1/2 day private guided tours in each city, given by a local but arranged by GoRealEurope. All shuttles, taxis, and guides arrived as scheduled. All guides were EXCELLENT! Hotels were conveniently located and clean. Train travel and public transportation were thoroughly explained. We did have to contact Martin about an event and he responded to our concern promptly. All in all, a great travel experience. Thanks, GoRealEurope!

I have previously traveled to Europe under my own power, booking my hotels, arranging my transfers and excursions. Never again. I accidentally stumbled across this company in my research for a trip to Krakow, Czech Republic to research my family history, and stop in Salzberg for some hiking. What a difference! They arranged everything down to the smallest detail. It was so nice to just enjoy the sites and the trip instead of worrying about how to work the public transit ticket machines. It was amazing to me how much they were able to prearrange. The hotels were amazing!! Nothing like I had booked on my own. I had no language barriers with anyone I met along the way. We ran into a few other travelers on our trip who were using GoRealEurope as well. (It's hard to miss the other travelers with the highly detailed itineraries at the train stations) Especially in Czech, the guides were wonderful and spoke very highly of the staff and owner of GoRealEurope. They all indicated to us how much they enjoyed working with them and complimented the entire organization staff by name. I will use them again without a doubt Carol Vomacka California

Perfect trip to Prague and Budapest The team at Go Real Europe developed an ideal trip for my wife and I. They were very accommodating to our wishes offering niche hotels close to the attractions. The city guides, our beer guide, Myles and bicycle guide, Petr, were accommodating, helpful, and wanted to ensure our time together was memorable. The itineraries, and step by step instructions gave us confidence to go where we wanted, and travel like a local. We had flexibility to linger as we chose and experience these unique cities on our own terms. Grace was a great help in developing our tour. All the guides took great pride in showing us a wonderful time. So glad we selected Go Real Europe. A trip with Go Real Europe is like a personal GPS; the detailed instructions helped us feel (or at least act) like locals, and the native guides were outstanding! All hotels, transfers, tickets and excursions were planned and outlined in great detail, with only one minor third-party miscommunication (which was not their fault). The experience was personalized and took all of the worry out of the trip. We got to experience what we wanted without pressure or having to socialize, except when we wanted to. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

Go Real Europe made our vacation to Europe a very enjoyable time, one that my family will treasure for years to come! Our travel consultant Jared Holmes went above and beyond the call of duty. Jared spared no effort in finding my family excellent hotels that fit out budget without sacrificing quality or safety. Our hotels were located walking distance to enchanting palaces, fortresses, churches, good eateries, restaurants, etc. in the gorgeous cities of Prague, Salzburg and Vienna. There was really no need for my family to rely on public transportation thanks to his efforts to find us logging accommodations so close to where all the action was. When we chose public transportation, it was because we had decided to visit some sites away from the above cities and getting to those locations was only possible by bus, taxi or train, or a combination of the three. We saw everything we wanted to see, and so much more, thanks to the very detailed instructions provided to us in advance of our trip. Jared sent us an e-mail upon landing in Prague to check on us and to make sure all was going well. What company really takes the time to check on his customers? My wife and I were so impressed with Jared's customer service skills and attention to details. It will be impossible for us to find another tour company that will come close to matching the level of customer service delivered by Jared so we won't try.
