I just had a great experience with customer service. Mark was so helpful and helped me figure out my account. It turned out it was a mistake on my part but I appreciated the quick response and ability to live chat. Mark also helped update my account information. We haven't had to use the pet insurance yet but this interaction has given peace of mind if we ever do.

In June, my 12-year-old dog, Switters, was diagnosed with adenocarcinoma in his nasal cavity. There is no cure, and it was estimated that he would only live a few more months. With multiple doctors and tests involved, the claims became pretty confusing. Thank goodness for Happiness Manager Brittany. She made sure all of my claims were handled correctly and even called me to follow up. Her concern for us was heartwarming and just what I needed to help me through this. With her help, I was able to focus on Switters and not the bills. Switters is still with me for now and I am cherishing each moment I have with him. My thanks to Brittany and all the Happiness Managers who have helped me during the last 7 years. You’re the best!

I have been a Pet Plan insurance member for the last 5 years. Unfortunately my dog recently passed so until the new arrives, I am no longer a client. I have had several interactions with multiple team members and have found them all to be courteous, responsive and very caring individuals. I would recommend Pet Plan to anyone with the need for pet insurance.

Best pet insurance on the market. Great communication, customer service and information. I will be using petplan for all of my dogs. Never have a problem with reimbursement. I have saved 4xs over on vet bills it pays for its self. Great company
