I have been with Petplan Pet Insurance for several years now. Just recently in the past year and a half my yorkie has experienced pancreatitis which led to exocrine pancreatic insufficiency and diabetes. Without Petplan I am not sure I would have been able to get the best treatment for my baby. They are awesome. Turnaround time for claims is so quick! When your pet is ill, the last thing you should be thinking of is how to pay for meds, tests, visits, etc. Petplan has given me peace of mind.

I worked with John M. from the chat team the other night when I was looking at renewing my plans for my four dogs, and found out the prices had increased dramatically. He was able to answer my questions, and informed me that I may be able to adjust to an annual deductible instead of a per incident deductible. He promptly put in a request for review for my dogs that had claims the previous year, and emailed me directly as soon as that request was approved.

I had several questions regarding my policy. Petplan employee, Mark Flaherty, answered all my questions , explaining everything in detail, and in terms I could understand (unlike my own heath insurance carrier!). Thank you, Mark, for your professionalism and courtesy.

I honestly would love to give a shout-out to a PetPlan Pet Insurance Employee: Ms. Stacey Johnson. Tonight, I called PetPlan because I received a bunch of refunds and I was overwhelmed in trying to understand what pertained to what. Ms. Johnson was so kind, calm and understanding. She explained things to me step-by-step, going back into my policy records and explaining information that she had access to. At some point she realized something was off and worked like a 'detective' in order to help straighten it out. She provided me with updates and would even make me laugh. I don't know if she is a manager or supervisor of some sort- but she definitely demonstrated very good skills as one. Please make sure she gets the recognition that she deserves. It's not every day that one receives genuine support via phone, instead of a person who sounds like a bot and cannot wait to get you off the phone. Thank you, Ms. Johnson.

PetPlan has proven themselves to me. My beloved Boxer Cassius passed away from cancer 18 months ago and our relationship with PetPlan was more then just business. This great company was there every step of the way for us. The claims we submitted were reimbursed within days. They understood our situation and were so compassionate. There Customer care folks actually called and emailed us. They truely care. So my problem child Duke ,(yes another Boxer of course), introduced himself to a porcupine. It wasn't a cordial meeting. We took Duke to our local emergency facility and all is currently well. The bill was a staggering 615 dollars... we received a reimbursement check in less then a week. Please consider Pet Insurance for your babies. Do your research.... I worry about many things in life but something I don't worry about is how I'm going to pay if my beloved boy Duke requires medical attention. PetPlan has our back..

I am extremely satisfied with PetPlan. Petplan literally saved my dog from a lot of pain and discomfort due to his severe hip dysplasia. All reimbursements were always faster than expected and really easy, and I have never had any issues with any claims! Everyone is always so prompt to helping me whenever I need guidance or when I have any questions about our plan/claims/reimbursements/payments and what not! Muffin had two hip replacements done in less than one year, some post op complications, and went through many exams with specialists before we decided to opt for the surgery. Muffin was so painful before, that it got to a point where he wouldn't play or be active like a dog of his age (3 years old). He is all healed now, and we only have one more appointment left with his orthopedist before he is all cleared to get back to his normal life. I couldn't have chosen a better health plan for Muffin, and I am forever grateful for having him insured by PetPlan.

Petplan is a total life saver! I have two Alaskan Malamutes and I had their insurance through Petplan for two years. Until now, I am 100% satisfied with Petplan insurance service, I think in some circumstance, Petplan is better than my own human insurance plan. My dog, Sugar, has unspecified allergy since last year, we visited multiple general vets and dermatologist, had several exam and surgery, and Petplan backed us up! I would never find the right dermatologist for Sugar without the help of Petplan. Not to mention the bill for sedation and reverse in every surgery (that's quite a bit for a dog over 100lbs), Petplan got you covered. All you need to do is take photos of your invoice and medical record, and upload to their user friendly app. And BOOM! Two weeks at most, you will get your check in your mail, isn't that amazing? Petplan also has 24/7 customer service, where you can find nice people explaining things very detailed and understandable. Thanks to Petplan, I never hesitate to give my best friend best medical care. I recommend Petplan to every friend who has a pet.
