We almost lost our 16 month old flat coat retriever - the experience was crushing. after racking up thousands in vet bills, Pet Plan came through. Insurance is insurance, doesn't matter if its home, car or pet. you have to know what you're buying, what the rules are and how to submit your claims. I'm happy that this incident was covered or we would have seriously taken a financial hit or worse, might not have been able to afford to treat our family member. easy to submit, no hassle with the claim. payment processing and delivery could be faster, might impact people with higher claims, but other than that, glad i chose Pet Plan

It was wonderful to get the good news and for you to get my payments expedited for my claims due to my financial situation. I am so pleased with the service and can only prey my dog gets better. Thank you for your help. Without the insurance I would not be able to help my dog. I worked in insurance and your customer service is excellent. Kudos to Petplan!

Just off the phone speaking with Jordyn. I had a massive panic moment as my autopay and the payment method's receipt of this payment was off by a day. She is amazing, her voice filled with compassion and understanding. Jordyn reassured me of Petplans amazing coverage as well as the 30 days to complete the payment and an additonall 30 days before it would effect my pup's coverage! Thank you Pet plan for having great caring people on the other end of the phone :)

We have two dogs - both covered with Petplan. My youngest pup, at 3 months, broke her tibia and ran up a bill close to $5000. Petplan processed the claim and had the cheques in the mail within a week. Cannot recommend them enough.

We are incredibly pleased at the excellent customer service, thorough communications, and ease of claim process. Rosie, our 4 year old pug was diagnosed with cataracts and just completed her surgery. From the pre authorization process forward, we have been dealt with as a valued customer and the concern for our pups health has been heart felt. Thank you so much!!
