I had trouble with Petplan in the past…
I had trouble with Petplan in the past when sending my claims until I spoke with Toni and she was extremely helpful which gave me a positive experience for 2021. Only neg is that my premium for one of my dogs went up $100 after 3 yrs. so my 5 star rating is for my customer service representative- Toni. Ty
