I ordered over a weeks ago and the order still hasn't shipped. I tried to get ahold of them 3x and finally got a response telling me they suggest I just wait. No I want a refund so I can buy them at my normal place.
Response from GOO GOO HairMar 13, 2024
Hi Cori, thanks for your kind review. Sorry to tell you that the item in your order was out of stock due to the hot sale. We were always pushing the factory to rush up the arrival of the item. Your order was canceled and the refund was processed. We will improve our supply chain and upgrade the shopping experience asap.

I ordered 6 packs of tape ins. The website said 2-3 days delivery okay cool. About a week later I receive half my order . 3 weeks later after I sent an email asking where the other half of my order was at, the reply back from googoo hair was, "We are on vacation and will be back to you at our earliest convenience" And a week after that. I receive an email that says they are low on the tape ins I ordered but should be receiving a shipment coming in soon but weren't sure when... ???? I finally decided it was worth too much hassle because the hair they did sent was beautiful the first day but on the second day it was awful. I wish I would have seen more reviews like mine because I wouldn't have waste $400 on something that looked nice for 24 hours and that was it.

Dear Heather, thanks for your kind contact. Sometimes a few products are out of stock due to peak season sales, and we are sorry for this. We have currently optimized product inventory to reduce out-of-stock situations. Our hair extensions are all human hair and can generally be used for more than 6 months. You can read the instruction manual before use and pay attention to usage problems. If there are quality problems with the product, please contact us and we will be happy to help you solve the problem.

Scammers ! Ordered on the website, they created a label and a tracking number but nothing was handed to the carrier They don't want to acknowledge to anything nor give me a refund DO NOT PURCHASE
Response from GOO GOO HairFeb 28, 2024
Hi Katia, thanks for your kind review. We feel that we have explained it more clearly before, and it seems that it is necessary to explain it again. First of all, your order was not been shipped because the product was in the process of being transferred. Then we told you that it just arrived at the warehouse today and could be shipped asap, but you didn't need it anymore so we canceled it. Second, when the order is ready to ship, the tracking number and logistics form will be printed first and then can be directly affixed after being packaged in the warehouse. We did not send you a shipping confirmation email because the order has not been shipped yet, and we did not want to mislead you that the order had been shipped. Hope you can understand the reason for this problem.

Every time I order from Googoo I have exceptional service I received my package in two days and the quality of the hair is so soft and thick all the way to the ends. I get little to no shedding AND IT CAN HOLD A CURL. 100% recommend ordering from their site they always have great discounts!
