The hair is too dark and I emailed them…
The hair is too dark and I emailed them for a return and they said "sure" but never gave me the return address. For some reason I can't find an address at all on the website. I emailed again that I need the address, response was please go to refund page. No address on that page. It has been weeks and every time I send an email, I have to resend the email because It takes 2 to get a response. Have not heard back since 4/10/24. To be honest I have ordered in the past with great results but customer service needs work.

Excellente qualité
Excellente qualité, je recommande vivement ! Toppers au top on y voit que du feu ! Je le porte tous les jours depuis maintenant presque 5 mois et vraiment super il n’a pas bougé ! Vous pouvez commander les yeux fermés.

Best extensions ever!!!
I absolute love Goo Goo hair extensions! Whoever wrote that they are just average is wrong. They are shiny, silky and thick throughout the ends, which is hard to find. I can’t tell you how happy I am to have found this company. I have not found a better product either online or in stores I love their color range because I can blend different shades of blonde for a very dimensional customized look. I am forever a customer!

Superior Hair Extensions and Customer Service
I ordered a set of clip in hair extensions for my daughter mid March. Once they arrived we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality. Unfortunately the first set we ordered were not the right color and length match so I ordered another color and length and they were a perfect match…my daughter was so delighted with them. I reached out to customer service to return the first set and I am happy to say that customer support responded to me immediately, gave me clear precise return instructions and always returned every one of my questions in less than 24 hours…they even kept me updated on the status of my return as they were awaiting it and once they received and refunded it. I purchase online almost daily and can’t express enough how satisfied I am with this company from purchase, to shipping speed, customer service interaction and return…specifically Amy who helped me every step of the way. I highly recommend Goo Goo Hair and their hair extensions! WW

Platinum hair extensions are great…
Platinum hair extensions are great color match and silky hair quality. Customer service via email was helpful and effective in response to my concern of price difference that is dependent on discount code. As a result I bought two more sets of extensions, including ponytail, because price is affordable and quick delivery. Plus, every order included a hair clip. Overall is five star experience.

Scammers!
I wrote a review a while ago but it got removed for some reason. I don’t want anyone else to waste their money like I did with this terrible company, so I’m writing this review again because it’s what they deserve. I purchased 2 packs of tape in extensions. IMMEDIATELY when I pulled one of the bundles out of the box, I knew it was bad quality hair. It feels synthetic. It’s like fake Barbie hair. I emailed them asking if I could return the box I did not open. They asked me to send them pictures and were really sketchy about it. Then they ignored my emails. Eventually, I reached out again to tell them I still want to return the unopened box but they told me the 30 days were up that it could be returned. They ignored my messages within that time! Very shady. Do not waste your money! Their hair is trash. It’s so scammy because you cannot return the hair once the package is open but the only way to know if the hair is good is to open the package.
