This hair is nothing like it described it tangles so easily and feels like straw! I’ve reached out to customer service and nothing has been done just be careful with this company

Perfect
The hair we purchased was Perfect! Came with extra pieces and clips! Along with a book to explain everything! Little pricey, but WELL WORTH IT!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bought tape in extensions an they matted almost instantly, contacted the company an had no response I’ve tried on multiple occasions to get in touch with someone but the minute I say something about it they stop communicating with me .

I’ve bought from you and when my…
I’ve bought from you and when my hairdresser put them in she said it isn’t good quality hair, the cuticle isn’t laying the same direction and there is definitely mixed with synthetic, I’m so overwhelmed I’m getting married in 2 weeks and was hoping your extensions would be great, I use matrix length goals sulfate free shampoo and conditioner and kerastase oil, sleep with low ponytail or braid or silk bonnet and silk pillow case, she said I’m doing everything that’s required, all I’m left with is a frizzy matted mess. I can’t believe this, I’m now gonna have to purchase 3 more packs of tape ins that are gonna cost me $100’s more money. I don’t know what else to do, I’m just very upset and sad about the whole ordeal right before my wedding.
