Be Aware: Misleading Return and Refund Policy I received my order quickly, but the color was much darker than I expected, so I didn’t unpack it. When I contacted their customer service to initiate a return, they directed me to their return policy, which was vague and didn’t include the return address. Despite their claims of offering returns and refunds, it seems this information is misleading, as I couldn't find a way to actually return the product.

Hi, thanks for your kind review. Our return process is step-by-step and we will definitely provide an address. Please follow our return policy so that we can help you solve the problem better and faster. Hope you understand it.

DONT BUY THIS AWFUL BRAND ! After one wash the hair was like straw ! And they turned grey ! Absolutely not . The tape isn’t sticky enough either , they don’t allow bad reviews on their site . Trust me this cheap hair isn’t worth it !
Response from GOO GOO HairAug 16, 2024
Dear Mia, thanks for your kind review. Sorry that you are not happy with our products. Our hair extensions are all human hair. Please use colorless shampoo to wash hair extensions and don't wash them often. Our tape is a specially developed high-strength glue, and customers report that the tape is very strong. You can try the following heating methods to make the tape stronger. Welcome to provide your order information so we can help you solve the problem asap.

Blonde Highlights (16/22) / 18" clip ins. The dimension brown color was a little on the yellowish shade and wish the blonde was lighter shade.
Response from GOO GOO HairAug 2, 2024
Dear Breana, thank you for your kind review. Sorry that you are not happy with the shopping experience. The color pictures can't accurately show the true color due to the angle and light. We welcome you to contact us to recommend a close color before purchasing. Besides, our hair extensions are all returnable and exchangeable. We will contact you to solve the problem asap and please pay attention to our emails.
