I just wanted to drop you folks a line commending you for your FREE service! I am a 66 year old organ transplantee and, as such, my husband and I take a number of prescription drugs for various conditions, including potential organ rejection, high blood pressure, anxiety and so forth. Some of these Rx are quite expensive. Those facts and that we are currently not insured for Rx made GoodRx essential for us. Using GoodRx even made our pharmacist perk up! Currently having a negative experience with an unresponsive Nurse Practitioner on GoodRx Care. I am generally getting ignored and when I do receive responses, they are impersonal and unhelpful. I've used GoodRx (HeyDoctor) in the past but this looks like the last time. Only use GoodRx if you like texting a healthcare "professional" who seems more like an unhelpful chatbot.

I used my good rd card for eye drops and it cost $50.00 more than my insurance!! I was amazed. Not for me to use. Pat

GoodRX is great for researching drug costs from different pharmacies and learning about various discount programs. Vaccine discounts, not so much. The Shinrix vaccine is not covered by Medicare and many other plans. The CDC highly recommends it. Did my research on GoodRX and found the best deal for getting this shot. Printed the coupon and CVS could not get it to work. After doing some research it appears that you MIGHT need a prescription for the vaccine in order for the coupon to work. If that was the case CVS had no clue about it. I reviewed the coupon I printed out and there is a FAQ section. The FAQ does not mentioned that a prescription is required. If a prescription is requried and if it was mentioned in the FAQ section of the coupon I could have easily obtained one.

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever seen or heard of! They took my money for an online “doctor visit” and medicine but NEVER responded otherwise. GoodRx billed my credit card for a doctors visit and the medicine, but they had absolutely “no record” on file for me! They made it quite clear when I was forced to call them they didn’t care about what I was going through whatsoever. So, I’m out of pocket for a “doctors office visit” and the cost of medicine I will never receive! Please beware!!!

Very convenient even when fully insured. They are not the most attentive, though. Heck, even seeing doctors in person aren't that attentive. But they get the job done after the second or third try. All you have to do is ask politely and your scripts are on their way. I would recommend GoodRX care to anyone I know. I did like them better when they were HeyDoctor, however, but that's just my 2 cents.

GoodRx Care is their online medical services where you pay a certain price to be "interviewed" by an alleged doctor who will then send a prescription to the pharmacy of your choice. I say "alleged" doctor because pretty much all reputable doctors EXCEPT THIS ONE know the major medication that needs per-authorization before sending the prescription or the GoodRx coupon is as useless as Donald Trump trying to read any novel. GoodRX Care screwed up a prescription order which took about 7-1/2 hours of calls and 5 trips walking to the pharmacy over 7 days to finally get the prescription in hand. Their website and phone apps are utterly useless to use their message system because the box where you type is hidden, so if you type not looking at a keyboard, you would have typo city. They only want to communicate with patients via the website and not on the phone. I was able to do some research and found a customer care telephone number. The customer service reps are 33% stupid, 33% belligerent and 33% bitchy. They insisted my prescription was delayed because I ordered to the wrong pharmacy even after they were informed I captured a screen shot of the order being processed with the correct pharmacy on the order. They granted a refund for the "doctor" visit after I told them I was filing a chargeback for their services and deactivated my account. LIKE I WOULD EVER USE THEIR SERVICE EVER AGAIN.
