I am disappointed with Good Rx's prices for 2 of my medications. Ursodiol 300 mg. 4 pills a day, 30 day supply is $58.66. Using my insurance, the cost is $45.00. 39 Estradiol inserts is $169.95. Again, using my insurance the cost is $145. I seem to be one of the few people who have not always found savings on Good Rx.

Don’t waste your time visiting a GoodRx Doctor. The pharmacy never received my medication! I will not ever go through with them again

Went online to goodrx to check a price comparison on a medication and it was more expensive than my insurance price so I didn't use it. Now I have a charge on my credit card for $89.00 for goodrxgold. Pretty sneaky way to steal money. Called goodrx and was told nothing can be done except the will cancel it in January of next year. So I am out $89.00 for looking up a price. Thanks a lot BADRX

Awful service, waste of money. The pharmacy never received my prescription, so I sent a message on the help center, and no has responded. That was yesterday afternoon. They claim to have a money back guarantee, so I requested a refund. Finally get a message this morning, and it's a bot asking me to fill out a survey. Unbelievable. I better get a response & my money back for this absolute waste of time.

I like goodrx prices but you ever get screwed out of points, good luck dealing with their email customer service. Have been waiting over a month for responses that will actually solve the issue. When they’ve responded, it’s to ask again for info I’ve already given them. Or they say I haven’t responded to them, yet my response is within the same email. Frustrated! At this point they can keep the points, I don’t care.

UTI Experience In my case, I have an UTI and as soon as I googled it, I found their website. I was a little apprehensive, but I decided to give it a try, because I wasn't in so much pain to go to the emergency room and wait for a doctor. The service was handled by licensed nurses who charged $ 39.00. They prescribed Nitrofurantoin, several options for where to buy it, and the pharmacy even accepted my health insurance so I paid $ 0.75 for the medicine. Everything in less than 1 hour. I would recommend it if your day-to-day life is very busy and you can't go to the doctor right away. I have never taken this medicine before, so I recommend that if the pills prescribed don't work, go and see a doctor in person. Hopefully it will work. I read some comments and it seems to me that opinions are quite bifurcated.

Needed a prescription refill for depression which they did 3 months prior. Then they have a canned boiler plate response that they can't help me with no reason and NO NOTICE. I have 2 days of medication left. Now I'm trying to find a doctor to help but it's impossible on such short notice, so I will have to involuntarily quit cold turkey. Do not trust your mental health to this company. They could care less about you. They also keep charging you and make you jump through hoops to cancel.

They don't even deserve one star. Took 24 hours to get a call from the doctor there system says it should take 4-8 hours.The medication refill for a nose spray is showing $245 which is 10 times higher than what I have paid for the past 2 years. Almost 48 hrs later and still havent sent the refill to the pharmacy. Cant call anyone on the phone to correct the issue. Have to send in the chat and wait hours for a response
