It’s so sad I just finished using this app and seek a doctors help regarding health issues that I clearly need help with and after paying for it everything the nurse said they can’t help me and to go see somebody else I’m so angry and disappointed because I can’t get any help. I really want my $20 refund.

I made the mistake of creating a free account. I was sent an offer for a one time discount coupon (over their regular coupon price) for a med for $4.42 for up to 83 of them. NO WHERE ON THE COUPON did it say it was limited to 30 for that price. Called then at the pharmacy yesterday evening. Customer service said the price was $8.79 regardless of what the coupon said. I asked why the coupon was wrong then and got no answer. Called customer service today who said that price is only for 30 pills which the coupon did not indicate. She stated ALL coupons say for how many. No they don't. My coupon didn't. I read her everything on my coupon. I read her the conditions attached to the coupon which says up through 83 pills. I told her I could send the coupon. That was ignored. That customer service rep talked over me repeatedly and told me that the coupon is wrong, wouldn't listen to what I said and didn't care what I had taken photos of from my computer screen. I told this kind of behavior was unethical by the company. If the $4.42 was only for 30 pills they clearly needed to indicate that! Photos of are my computer screen and no where does it say that price is only good for 30 pills. Of course I do wonder now how much money they will make selling my information. To protect my privacy I will be canceling my account after I have this settled (which I doubt will happen). I asked to speak to a supervisor and was not allowed to. I was told one will call me back. I doubt that will happen. UPDATE - the response below has nothing to do with the "special offer" coupon I received. That coupon comes via email (and the url for the coupon was legit so it wasn't a "fake"), you click on it and the offer shows up. You don't go through the normal site so all those instructions have nothing to do with this. Further the coupon said 1-83 pills was $4.49, 84+ was $10 something or other. No confusion there about the cost. More like bait and switch hoping you will still buy and not leave since you are already there. I did get called by a supervisor today whom I told since they aren't honoring that price/number of pills they need to stop sending them out and change the wording on them to represent the truth. The price was lower than the "regular" coupon, however it wasn't the price advertised.

I live in a small town and it became impossible to see my doctor and get a refill on my much needed inhaler. I signed up for goodrx care and was quickly seen by a care professional and got my refill. The pharmacy gave me all kinds of problems but the team at goodrx helped the whole way and got it all solved quickly. Thank you so much to everyone that helped at goodrx. (Quick note... not for anyone trying to use medicaid... otherwise great)

Easy to use and saved me more than expected!

I received my usual text from my pharmacy letting me know my prescription was ready for pick up. It also included the price. Of course d/t inflation that price was higher than normal, even w/my health insurance plan. So, I decided to check into the Good Rx site. Bingo, it saved me $16.88. From now on, I will check all my prescriptions before paying. Thank you Good RX!
