I paid $49 for an “appointment” through GoodRx. I have high blood pressure and lost my insurance in February of 2023. I ran out of my medication a couple of weeks ago and do not have a refill for the prescription. I was asked to provide a current blood pressure ready (I have a machine at home) and provided the reading. My refill prescription was denied due to my blood pressure being too high. The whole interaction with the nurse was a few minutes tops and my money gone. What a scam!!!!!

I paid for telehealth visit. The doctor kept saying she called and she never did. Another time they spoke with me through secure message. I need medication for uti! This doctor did nothing for my uti. I don’t think she even called. Now I was left to sit all night until the next day with no medicine and my money took. I want a refund asap. I will not use this platform again.

I need an immediate refund of my money. I have a uti and immediately after answering their questions the nurse, Tina Amacher wrote to me and said they cannot treat me I need to see a doctor. I sent her another question and she went totally mute.

Complete and utter JOKE. Ive waited 2 days for a prescription refill that has been verified with Walgreens. If you dont reach out to them, they never message back. This service doesn’t have the staff or ability to provide what they advertise.

In December I applied for a gold membership per the recommendation of my vet in order to find discounted meds for my dogs. Right away the app didn’t work, so I went on my laptop and even though my payment has been processed, it kept trying to get me to pay for another membership because the original one couldn’t be found. I called tech-support and they could not help me figure it out. After much frustration, I called within two weeks for a refund on the gold membership and was told I would receive it in 3 to 5 business days. I trusted that the transaction would be credited back to me. It is now seven months later and I remembered that I never checked to see if I had been refunded. Turns out I never was so I called customer service and they had absolutely no record of me calling the first time about the refund. They said that because it was past the two week window for refunds they can’t do anything about it. So I asked to speak to a supervisor in regards to paying $90 for a service that never worked. Of course there were no supervisors to be found so supposedly they put me on a supervisor list for a callback which never came. This service is a scam and preys on people who actually need it. They have no regard for a customer base only to pocket $90 per person for a service that does not work. I’ve just looked up all of the negative reviews on this service (which I now wish I had done before I threw my money away), and I am so surprised they have not been shut down by the Better Business Bureau yet judging by all of the complaints. Completely unethical & disgusting company. I would give them zero stars if I could. UPDATE: Received a call from Customer Service & all I got was tepid apologies. Filed a complaint on BBB & received more of the same with zero resolution. They just run through the motions but have zero concern about making things right.

Horrible services. I was trying to get treated for a UTI. However they said they can’t treat me because I have had so many. Even after I explained how I got it and my reasoning to believe I have one they told me they cannot treat me. I am very disappointed and will never use their services again. Very slow and crap

I put in an appt to renew Wellbutrin which I have been taking for 15 years. They charged me immediately but have only tried to call me twice in 5 days. They advertise 24 hour turnaround and don’t have a direct phone number. All you can do it wait. I’m glad I have contacts at CNBC, because this needs to be shared with the America public. Looks like a straight up scam. I’m contacting the FTC Monday am if they don’t honor what they said.
