I wanted to use this service one time and they signed me up for $10/month subscription with no email notices of the recurring charge. I went through a full year of paying for a subscription I wasn't using.

Sent me an email telling my gold trial would be renewed in two days, but I cancelled almost immediately after making the account. I had to waste timing logging in to find that I had actually cancelled. Let's see if they still charge me regardless.

Quick pick up and price wise decent.

After canceling their service they kept charging our card for months and months. In fact, we are still fighting to get them to refund the money they took from us.

10/10 Dr. Daniels was AMAZING. Empathetic. Explained everything. The service was quick, kind and informative and I didn’t have to wait a hundred years to receive help like in a normal doctors office.
