Unlicensed Doctor - 9 Days Without Medication and Counting - Complete Incompetence
GoodRx prescribed me medication through a doctor who wasn't licensed in Nevada so CVS refused to give me my prescription. When I couldn't refill it, they spent 9 days blaming CVS, then blaming me, before finally admitting they need "a provider licensed in my state." Now they can't figure out how to send it to another pharmacy. Different people keep asking me the same questions without reading previous messages and understanding the situation. They asked me questions in their message center, I responded multiple times, they never checked it, then blamed ME for not responding. It's been 9 days. My condition is getting worse. They still haven't sent my prescription anywhere I can actually fill it. They prescribed through an unlicensed provider, can't fix their mistake, blame the customer for their operational chaos, and don't monitor their own communication systems. They don't know what they're doing and will blame you when their system fails.
