Stay away, unless you are willing throw your money away
Just like the previous reviews already stated, don't go their store. The inserts are over price, and non-refundable. The cost for the inserts ranges between $1500-2800, I bought them cause I figure I can pay for them, but they are not worth such steep price. So, make your self a favor, avoid this business at all cost. And instead go to a professional.

A Legal Scam
Do not fall victim to this. You may be experiencing terrible pain, but The Good Feet Store will take advantage of this. They have one job: to sell the super high priced inserts. They won't tell you that your transaction is non-refundable. If the inserts do not work, you are utterly and completely stuck (unless, of course, you want to spend more money).
Go to a foot doctor and get your own custom inserts for a better price--from a real expert. Don't fall victim to The Good Feet Store.

A Scam, unfortunately
Two things you should know right away that The Good Feet Store doesn't want you to know until it's too late. 1. You will pay $1200-$1500 for their "system."
2. Absolutely no refunds! Once you make that purchase you are stuck forever.
What a terrible business practice! They give you a long speech about how these are medical devices (oddly, not covered by any insurance) and they are specially made so they cannot be returned. They're all pre-made and they just pick a set from the stock based on a quick imprint of your foot. Compare this to companies like Lenscrafters that actually cut lenses to your prescription, fit them to the frame you choose, fit the frame to your face, and STILL provide you a full refund within a reasonable amount of time. This company takes advantage of people in pain. I saw so many older folks when we were there just desperate for help and now I see how they were swindled. It's terrible. Each franchise location claims they are only operating based on the policies of the company and if you have any complaints to reach out to GoodFeet.com. The funny thing is, you can call the Customer Service phone # listed on Good Feet's website, but all you'll get is a voicemail box. From a misleading website, to immoral sales tactics and a policy designed to harm customers, this is all around a terrible business. Don't give them your time or money.

Damaged My Feet (Buyer Beware)
On Friday, August 12th, 2022, at 9:15 am, I went to the Good Feet Store at the Summit Mall, Birmingham, Alabama in search of custom orthotics for my running shoes. I specifically advised that I wanted custom orthotics, what I was sold by the salesmen Kenneth, was standard arch supports that are "one size fit all", not personally fit or adjusted for my feet. I was advised that I would be 100% satisfied with my purchase or that I could bring them back, no issues. I wore the first shoe inserts in a "system" of four inserts on the way home and noticed that they caused my feet pain. I called the store the following morning, (Saturday, August 13th, 2022) as soon as they opened to advise of my foot pain, to include swollen feet, blisters and cramping after I wore the inserts as instructed for the entire day before and out running on the morning of the 13th. After speaking with the store's representative, Logan, and explaining to him what was going on with my feet after wearing the inserts as instructed, I told him that I was in route to return the inserts and he quickly informed me that I could not have a refund. Never was I told before my purchase that the arch supports were not returnable. I was asked to initial the receipt that said the footwear, Brooks running shoes, that I purchased were not returnable. The salesmen, Kenneth, waited until after the sale was complete to even advise that the footwear, was not returnable, he said nothing of the inserts being "not returnable". Kenneth also stated that you have to purchase new running shoes in order for the initial insert in the "system" to work effectively, as the inserts will only work in "new shoes". When I asked to speak with my salesperson Kenneth, I was told that he was with a client and would call me back. He did not call me back; I was only connected with him after I called a second time. When I did speak to Kenneth, he advised me that he had never heard of anyone getting blisters, and that I should continue to wear the inserts, but to cut down on the initial recommended time. On Sunday, August 14th, I consulted with a medical professional at Urgent Care who advised me that I needed to consult a podiatrist and discontinue use of the inserts, as they would continue to cause the blisters, swelling, and cramping to worsen and that I was doing more damage.I have now scheduled an appointment with a podiatrist to have professional/medical attention and true orthotics made and to document the condition caused by the inserts from the Good Feet Store.
The Good Feet Store should be investigated for making false claims, selling a substandard product that could cause serious injury or damage and guaranteeing that their "system" would work without any medical professionals present in store to offer medical assessments. Additionally, I was promised my full satisfaction and told that these inserts would change my life. I was misled by the sales representative into believing that providing arch support, would correct my foot issue, which, only a full sized custom orthotic can do. I was never told about the return policy, especially since it is not posted in the store. Good Feet's representations are false & misleading. It's truly disheartening. BUYER BEWARE.

Caveat Emptor! (buyer beware!)
I bought a set of their arch supports despite misgivings due to their sales tactics. Big mistake. I wanted some good insoles for the new shoes I bought, because I was going to be on my feet a lot. Instead, I got a lot of pain. The big toe on my left foot has gone permanently numb because of their product. They hurt more each day I wore them. I finally started using the padding from a cheap old pair of sneakers in my shoes, and my feet instantly felt better at work.
When I tried to talk to the store manager about this, he denied everything I said, and of course, would not give me a refund.
It's fair to say that most people probably don't suffer nerve damage while wearing their inserts. But most people don't walk 5-10 miles a day, or ignore incredible pain in their feet like I do either.
I would never recommend anything from this seller.

All they want is your money
All they want is your money! Their arch supports have made my feet worse not better, now instead of my feet hurting my ankles hurt. Only thing good I got was the free pair of shoes. I wasted $1500.00 on their no good arch supports.

I went to the good feet store because I was in pain
I went to the good feet store because I was hurting, the staff person was courtious and personable but would not tell me the price until we were at the cash register, I was blown away, but when you are in pain and on social security you would do about anything for relief. The shoes were too loose which I complained about at the store, a week later I had a blister. I went back to the store and they refunded 128.00, liat price for the shoe because they didn't have my size. So I am out 1,500 for three plastic mass produced insoles

But.....I also agree that Jason in the Santa Barbara store was fantastic.....BUT. He never mentioned that you didn't have to purchase all three sets....OR there is no refund. I thought $1,200 was NUTS and I still do. So checked the reviews. 79% said NO WAY???? are you kidding me? You think I'm going to take a 20% chance with $1,200? No thanks. I'll pass. Especially when it is very obvious that your cost is far above your actual cost.
