My best and true advice is go with an orthopedic and they ill make better insert than this ones ( good feet store) this inserts make your paint worse and the price is too high, i pay $1600 for something that is sitting at home for nothing

I have been using GF orthotics for about 5 years (yah, my bad), and I'm finally finished. My guess is they have 5/6 different inserts with slight variances in each size. Just a cookie cutter insert that is determined by their "ink print". They do not work for me at all. The price for their rubber insert that goes over the orthidic is extremally high and they don't last long. My suggestion is if you want real help, save your mover and see a qualified pediatrist.

I gave the store at Crocker Park Westlake, OH a five-star review because of the assistant Store Manager: Isaiah Henn. He was very knowledgeable, personable, well educated on the products and very helpful. He was able to answer all our questions, and continued to reinforce and support the brand throughout the entire visit. The Good Feet Store management should do everything in their power to insure retention of a valuable employee like Isaiah!

Walked in with foot pain and by the end of the day I had shooting pain all the way up my spine and a new care credit card to pay off because they do not do any returns. You’re better off walking around barefoot

While in the process for applying on the monthly plan for payments, I changed my mind and decided I did not want the inserts. I left the store with no merchandise. This company charged me anyhow, opened up an account at Wells Fargo ON MY BEHALF and approved the charges (again, I had never seen the full amount approved at all). This is a FRAUDULENT way to do business. They took no ownership in their fault in the process. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. The charge was eventually cancelled and I had to personally call to close the account but the store that opened the account would not give me the details needed to even call. I have never experienced something like this in my life.

Total scam. Go to a Dr Scholls’ kiosk and get the same support for $50 bucks instead of $1500. Total total rip off.

I went to the store in Dickson City, Pa. with my 80 year old Mom and as soon as we walked in the sales lady started barking at my Mother that we needed an appt. (Which they dont tell you in the million commercials that air every day!) I was shocked and appalled that someone would speak to an 80 year old woman that way! I work retail and couldn't imagine speaking to a customer in that way! This occurred on 9-19-22. We will never step foot in this establishment ever again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know how aweful we were treated.

I bought the inserts about about 2 years ago. They were extremely expensive (about $1300.00). I talked with my podiatrist and he said I shouldn't have bought them at good feet as he could have gotten them for 1/3 of the price. I have been wearing these everyday and have had very little relief. These simply did not work for me and I'm still paying them off. Complete rip off.
