I worked at the Good feet store since the day it opened, I actually have many reviews on here from people I sold arch supports to. The product will help people in chronic pain however I want you to be aware that each support cost 450.00 and a 3 stupport system is 1350.00. With shoes it is 1500.00. A 4 support package is 1850.00. Med massages are 358.00. These are not trade secrets. It's price Information that no one will give you until they use your vunerablility of finally being out of pain. I turned in my resignation this morning. I believe everyone deserves the right to know the price of a product before they walk in the door. They implemented a NO RETURN , ALL SALES ARE FINAL TODAY. So far I am happy with the supports. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and guided us through all the steps. Tons of useful information was shared pre-purchase so we could make an informed decision. Thanks

First, the good part. The salesman told us when we came in that the prices of the shoe inserts would range from $150 to $550. He told us that these were not the typical "off the self" inserts and that they were a medical product fitted to one's specific needs. He took the wife's information and where she was experiencing any pain. He then had her step on a pad that made a copy of her footprints. So far...so good. I was expecting that the inserts would be custom-made..but no. He went into the backroom and came out with the three types of inserts in the program. Pre-made and stocked. Much like buying them online would be. Of course, the $550 insert was what he recommended, and it was what felt best for those in the set. A thin, flat, flimsy, neoprene rubber insert was not included which was another $65. A Dr. Schols rubber insert would be less than $10 at Walgreens. Yes, she did buy the firm insert and the floppy rubber to go over it. These are commissioned salespeople; they are not medically trained, and you may do more harm than good to your body. They are not custom-made for your feet. They are EXTREMELY overpriced for what they are.

Quotes $1800 for the fix all set of 3 inserts. Didn't proceed as I felt no relief when trying in store. They then went on to tell me I needed a new set of Brooke's runners as well as the inserts, which of course they carry in stock. Stay away from these guys, see a podiatrist, these guys are nothing but scammers

I got scammed at the Good feet store 1700 dollars worth Calve pain in my right leg with a full knee replacement within a 1/2 hour They would not give me the price until I said all right Told me repeatedly that I would be given 3 sets of inserts which by their Meaning was 2 pieces of each insert instead of 3 set of the 3 different inserts After paying misled me in initialing a disclaimer on return The lifetime guarantee turned out to buy a new insert at a discount No return because I wore them Their 30 day return policy turns out to be is for store credit not for a misdiagnosis Or Their wrong decision and product that I would find comfort .. Feel scammed from the moment I walked out I’m angry at myself .. feel Like I bought a time share from scammers Sending a letter to the office of the state attorney general not only Rhode Island .. but California where there is possible litigation.. I hope they understand the words “ class action suit “

Bryan Smith was very knowledgeable and had patience while I worked through my feet issues. We changed the supports in my shoes to have the correct supports for my feet. I am working through the schedule and am really happy with the supports.

Friendly service or so it seems, actually a bullying pyramid sales scheme! Further research shows they have also already been through one class action - why is this place still allowed to operate when still making the same mistakes! We felt from the start that something was not right sadly should have trusted our gut and left! These are trained sales people not trained feet doctors there is a difference. Did not take into consideration that the reason for our visit was to make existing shoes more comfortable and ease pain caused by numb toes. They delved straight into a sales pitch for what we learnt after an hour of pitching was a $2700+ package. All that was needed was an orthodic to make shoes comfortable not a 3 step package for 3x pairs othodics and all the added ‘extras’. I’m scared for vulnerable and elderly that will be swindled into paying ridiculous amounts of money due to their swindling tactics. Families please look after your weak, don’t let them go here and make sure they seek assistance from a qualified podiatrist. Fortunately we didn’t buy here and further research discovered that a professional podiatrist will charge a fraction of the cost for specialist diagnostic and individually mould orthopaedic to your feet. THEY DO NOT MOULD to your feet here it’s not a professional service and you pay 10 x the premium. Please do not waste your time and please please please save your loved ones

Unfortunately I am also one of the people that has had a terrible experience with the Good Feet store arches. I was desperate at the time to help with my sore legs when I walked. The staff are very well trained. They are well trained in good sales techniques and when it comes to showing you the price and seeing your face drop at the amount ($2,800), they put a guilt trip on you about how much you’ll suffer without them. Do something good for yourself. I now have plantafasciitus caused by these hard arches. I went and saw a podiatrist, which is what I should of done in the first place and now I’m being treated for plantafasciitus and am having specially made arches made for my feet. A lesson well learnt, although a very painful one at that!!!
