Website user interface is garbage. We can't log into our IRA and there is ZERO assistance when you call. Our lawyers are involved. Do not use this company.

Very helpful. Walked me through all of the paperwork for starting my IRA. Stayed on the phone through the whole process. After kept in touch with e-mails.

I know there might be some less than subpar reviews, but I definitely would not hesitate to give it a 5-star. When I contacted GoldStar for an issue related to my account, not only the representative polite and helpful, he was super determined to resolve it, and by that I mean on the spot, immediate resolution. I don't know about you, but I'm the type of investors who expected fast results and direct answering, which were all summed up in my one phone call to GoldStar, not to mention the follow-up emails to assure me that the problem was taken care of.

I am new to precious metal investing and GoldStar was very helpful and always available to answer all my questions and set up my account.
