Two years ago I tried to terminate my account and had so many issues to deal with on THEIR side that I just stopped. Since they sent a letter regarding $25 paper fee I’ve restarted the process. They’re doing it all over again!!! And $150 termination fee on top of that! Go elsewhere folks-I am. Edit to add: I tried to make my account paperless but was told “It’s not time yet?” Goldstar, I see you on here answering ppl with call us, we can help but you never do! Ive called you enough! After I made the decision to leave I noticed many, many reviews with the same complaints: you give us the runaround and your fees are legendary. Twice in less than 12 months you increase these fees? Fortunately before I invested I discussed the amount with DH and he said minimal until we see their track record. So glad I heeded his advice. 😅

Their fees for precious metals are ridiculous. They just raised a paper statement to 25$. Really?

Very happy with GS Team in recent sale. Whole process from sale initiation to wiring proceeds went like clock work. No balls dropped and kept informed of status at each step. Expeditious and professional throughout! Thank you Goldstar!

GoldStar exceeded my expectations. They did what they said and followed through.

Web site sucks. It has for years. I will be glad when I get all my IRAs cashed out and not have to deal with this company again.

1. They shipped my gold without telling notifying me to pay the 100 dollar fee their depository. Why not just collect it upfront instead of having the FedEx guy demand a check? This is prehistoric dinosaur rubbish. 2. I can't have the gold shipped to my new address unless I do more paperwork and processing. 3. When it was shipped to my old address, my mom couldn't pay it. The FedEx guy wanted 50 bucks. Then he came back today and asked for 80. Gold Star Trust said 100. So which one is it? 4. They offer no other options. Their manager won't budge on any of their fees. Why do they even have a manager? A manager should be able to make exceptions. Am I right or wrong? 5. I don't have my gold. It is stuck with FedEx. Gold Start Trust and this depository in Delaware takes no responsibility. 6. This is below par customer service. Don't ever do business with these guys and their choice of depository. You will pay fees up the wazoo.
