You wouldn't waive the $150 late fee…
You wouldn't waive the $150 late fee you imposed, after I explained the confusion. Consequently I have requested that all my metal be sent to me to eliminate anymore storage fees and I am considering transferring my IRA's to another custodian. Dusty

We ran into several difficulties from outside Gold Star when transferring our accounts to Gold Star but they patiently stayed with it and communicated with us until the problems were resolved. Very pleased with the support at Gold Star!

I need to talk to a person!
Gold star does a great job in the functions of storage, record keeping, shipping, courtesy, etc. The reason I could not give 5stars is phone communication. This old man does not do well on computers and your phone communication is poor. Your time is valuable, I realize that; but so is mine and getting to a real person for help takes far to long. Waiting 20 minutes or more is to long especially if you need to transfer for a question. Courtesy, answers, knowledge and thoroughness are all great. "Just sayin'." I would not change to another service and my complaint is small. You provide a great service.

Your custodial role is handled in a…
Your custodial role is handled in a bureaucratic way but you have two mitigating factors that differentiate Goldstar from its competitors(1) your culture is oriented to customer service while still serving the need for compliance and (2) your people are approachable and will go out of their way to help the client achieve his needs. I am transferring my business with Equity Trust Company into Goldstar because I can no longer tolerate their awful systems and processes that rank clients as their lowest priority
