Excellent help on the phone. My transfer of funds from my regular IRA with another company to my GoldStar precious metals IRA was competed in 2 days, which was outstanding. The phone wait to talk to someone was long; but the system does give you option to hold your position in the que and get a call back.

In my opinion it took a very long time to get it all transfered into my account, but thankful that it has been done right at the beginning of 2025.
