Just terminated my silver IRA February 2nd 2022. The storage fee notice was just received by me on January 30th. They charged me $100. for the 2022 year, even though I will not have anything in the account plus $150. termination fee. If that don't beat all, they said I'd have a delivery charge of $90. on top of all that. The customer service representative was polite but when I asked why I still had to pay, he said the cut off date for the storage fee was Jan. 15th 2022. Two lousy weeks and said he couldn't do anything about it? I don't recommend any company that sticks it to their customers like this. They also charge a $75. annual maintenance fee as well. Glad I terminated the account before their fees drove me broke. I estimated that I paid over $650-$700 in fees in just 4 years! I did receive a reply from Goldstar today. They were apologetic for the service I had received, and said a manager would be contacting me soon, which I do appreciate. Follow up on my experience with Goldstar. After my scathing but honest review about this company, I received a call from a manager. They decided to refund me on the termination fee of $150. While this is commendable and I appreciate it, I would not had even been considered, had it not been for the Trustpilot review. Thank you Trustpilot! My advice to anyone buying precious metals is, have it shipped directly to your address, and store it yourself.

Recently rolled a Stock based IRA over to a Gold backed IRA and needed a Trust. GoldStar was recommended by my Broker. The process was straight fwd and the GoldStar People were very professional.

Insane Security. Would not let me log in using my six year old computer. Said that I had not used this computer before. Sent me a temporary password of 14 characters. Letters capital and small, numbers and symbols. Would not let me log in even though I typed them exactly as I received them four times. Think Goldstar should wise up and work with their long time customers instead of frustrating them.

This was a great experience from the beginning. All the people I spoke to were very helpful and patient as I was new to the whole process and had a lot of questions.
