Customer service was outstanding! The recommendations in dealing with Fidelity were very helpful, and the follow-up was much appreciated. DeAnn was fantastic!

Beware 1) I've never gotten a hold of a real person. You call and are put on hold then the call disconnects. 2) I submitted an application and closed my account a few months because I never transferred any money or accounts, but got billed for $475 of late fees plus paper statement fees.

Andrew Gonzales knocked it out of the park for me regarding an unusually complex situation specific to a new asset purchase within my IRA. I will spare the details, but Andrew owned it from start to finish! Great follow-though, great communication, and great attitude!!
