21 days for an IRA transfer request is ridiculous in this age of electronic transfers.

Ease of transferring an IRA from my bank to Goldstar, via Wesleyan Investment Foundation. Got email confirmation and hard copies in the mail in a timely manner. Competitive interest rates.

Trying to get a distribution for 10 days was promised it would be deposited to my checking account at another bank. WOW was I a fool to beleive it would happen . Sent emails to prez and other officers and guess what happened yup nothing Will try again on Monday

It took too long to convert because I was never notified to call my previous account management company. Lack of communication is not a good thing
