I really had high hopes for this site
I really had high hopes for this site, however I was disappointed. I even purchased a small GC package to explore the games but no wins and I get it(it's a game of chance) however, there's no incentives, no daily bonus (although at one point they did mention in having or getting a "bonus" but I don't know if I had to "buy" in) the games do have nice graphics and they have a decent amount but I hope they make a few changes. At least a daily or something.

I agree with you that until now we haven't had much in terms of daily free coins or anything like that. and to make up for it we included a lot more free coins to each of our coin packages, plus we have daily and weekly leaderboards and tournaments. however, we're fairly new to the market and still ramping up. BUT... we actually just started letting our players know that within the next few weeks we're going to be launching daily free coins, VIP, loyalty and a bunch of other stuff. AND... it's retroactively available for anyone who makes a purchase this week. meaning... anyone that purchases in next 7 days, will have their game play from that moment be part of the initial calculations and we'll give you the rewards retroactively. i HOPE that helps you to stick it out with us for a while. our goal is to have not only the best content but also the best programs, progression systems, meta games and rewards in the industry. if you have any questions, please let me know and i hope you'll one day change your rating from 2 to 5 stars :). thanks!

and for the sake of anyone reading this review, which unfortunately will happen, please note that we don't store credit card information so every time a purchase is made, it has to be made by the player. additionally, we use 3DS Secure technology which requires the user to have their credit card with them at the time of purchase. so donna, every purchase you made is logged and verified you as the user.

The absolute worst experience ever. No customer support it's the same email every single time hi there blah blah blah blah blah blah. Not only that they can't count to save their lives because the gameplay stats don't equal anywhere close to what they say the money amount should be. Check it do the math I know I did cuz I was like wow how the hell did I go through so much money that fast it's cuz they rip you off. There is no need to share my email. You already have a game play history on the site. That allows you to do the same as you mentioned. And I did. That's how I know it's off. Because it those numbers match mine. However the number that's displayed alone is wrong. It has nothing to do with random numbers. Because it's basic math. Thanks for trying though. My review stays as is. Especially because it took a week for you to even reply back and then only replied back because I smashed y'all on trust pilot. Lol see your twisting what I'm saying because I never said that you were manipulating any slots. And to be honest I wasn't playing slots. So your comment holds no argument here. Hi Tavia. are you sure you're reviewing the right site? our site has a conversion rate of 100:1 which means for you to be playing 20 dollars at a time you'd have to be wagering 2,000 SC. i don't think anyone would have a problem recognizing the difference between 20 and 2,000. if you were wagering on a game with '20' that would indeed be 20 cents. please send me your email address and i'll look into your account if you have one. if not, please remove this review. thanks!
