Overall, I really like the selection on Games available on this site, though it is a relatively small collection. The site runs smoothly, and fluidly, though I can not speak to the functionality of the App. Though I am having trouble as far as Document Verification, and Redemption goes. My ID has been been verified, as well as a Bank Statment has been reviewed and a green Check Mark is displayed next to the submitted Document under the Proof of Adress tab. But it still says Documentation Required in Red under that tab as well. My Redemption Request for 100$ has been stuck in Pending Approval for awhile now. Im giving 3 Srars for the Game Selection and Functionality of the website, will update and give more if my Redemption is Approved in a relatively acceptable timeframe. Sure this platform really pulls you in by leading you to believe that you are going to win. Just like the rest of these platforms. Then it's as if you get shot down shortly after. I continually add money as much that I am able to, without getting a bonus once. Finally when I'm able to get a bonus, I am not able to get up to the amount that they would allow for me to cash out. Just because it is good the first time doesn't mean that it's going to continually be good. I feel like it is a Juke just like the rest of these games on here continually raping us out of our money and laughing in our faces while they just rake it all in. They don't give good bonuses and you barely get anything to login. With my being so dedicated to their sites every day it is a waste of time and life honestly and it is very deterring and disturbing when you do dedicate yourself to these sites. You think that the platform would recognize this. Like when you get a bonus, you don't win because it took you so much to get there to that bonus in the first place. it's basically an insult to us players and makes us just want to Rally against you after being so grateful in providing good feedback after you hounded us to put a good review on trustpilot for you. Then you all go and do stuff like this it's just not okay! So, I take back what I said before about them. I don't care if you cash directly out to my card. It doesn't matter if you're never going to let me win again. So please spare me when blowing up my accounts and emails trying to get me to write a good review on your site when it's doing nothing to help me now but making me mad and wasting my time. Im sure many bother people feel the same way.
