I first deposited money in Goldrushcity but they did not deposit any money in my account. later when I contacted them they did not show interest in talking to me and at one point they blocked me without depositing money in my account. this is my very bad experience. I will tell everyone not to deposit money in this company. This is a bad company.

I still have not received my prizes for winning the daily tournaments. Like others have mentioned. They send the reward but when you click claim it says unavailable and disappears. Customer support still has not responded. 2 weeks ago I received a response from a customer support ticket I created in July to give you an idea of how far behind this “company is” If you have a problem on this site you will never be able to get it resolved lol -wise man has spoken-

I paid $7.77 to enter a tournament that I got 7th place in and should have won 2000 sweeps coins but I got nothing just a message just saying we had trouble claiming your prize and then it disappeared I can't get a response from customer service so don't waste your money here like I did

Playing a game of chance is a chance we take but to straight up send emails containing free, unexpired bonuses only to click on link with nothing there but a gimmick to get you to buy packages is just straight up wrong. And illegal. Maybe.

Signed up, DL already verified, went to do first purchase offer for 10,000SC ($100 equivalent), didn't immediately credit, few minutes later only credited only 5,000SC. I made sure I didn't buy the wrong package either. The one with a double offer is 49.98, while the regular 1:1 is 49.99 2 business days later, and still no response, but they've verified my account. The credits are still in there, but I honestly don't want them at all. I want a refund. I didn't get what I paid for, simply put. I was due 10,000 SC ($100 equivalent) on purchase, even their transaction history for my purchase shows that, yet my account was only credited 5,000. Oddly too, I had just 2SC in there before the purchase, but that got deleted upon purchase. Super weird. In addition, their games selection is so small and their spin minimum is oddly really high. 50 to 60 cents a spin is the minimum. I see a likely scam forming in that first time signers don't get what they paid for, risk what they did get out of anger/stress, run it to 0, then later get a sorry and credit of the correct amount, all while they have to spin for an amount that's too large for their bankroll. Just a theory. Regardless, shoddy experience. No longer trust them with my info due to this experience and lack of response so far.
