I have had great results with the game itself, and in interactions with customer service has been prompt, polite, understanding of the concern or problem I am having. It has not been fully resolved, but I feel more comfortable with my results with Goldrushcity than I do with Skrill where my initial struggle to redeem prizes has been absolutely RIDICULOUS!!

I like the fish games. Not quite like the 'real thing' in person, but hey... 6ft display table is hard to compete with.

Everything went wrong. After depositing money my balance was $40. On my 2nd spin it looked to be a decent win. While cascading my connection was lost. I never received anything for the winning spin that was interrupted, however the .40 cents it cost for the spin was taken. Now everytime i go back to that game, all of the buttons(spin, autospin, bet amount, etc) are locked. Reluctantly and mad i went to a different game and on my first spin it just kept spinning. Again it kept the money I paid for the spin despite me not getting the spin i paid for.

Represent themselves as a social casino yet give no daily play coins (required to be classified as a social casino) as you supposed to have a way to play free to qualify. So the fact that after the initial welcome bonus which wasn't even close to what was started you get nothing unless you purchase A social casino is an online gaming platform where players can enjoy casino-style games like slots, poker, blackjack, and roulette without wagering real money. Instead, they use a virtual currency system, typically consisting of free coins or similar tokens. Here's a breakdown of social casinos: How they work: Players typically sign up, often linking to social media, and receive virtual currency to play games. The model is "free-to-play," with no real money deposits needed. Additional virtual currency can be purchased or received as bonuses.

hi sabrina. to clarify we are what's known as a social sweeps casino. we do give you free coins to play with but players generally understand that you need to purchase additional coins to play beyond what's given for free. we're a relatively new brand but eager to become a well known and trusted site. that being said we have no desire to misrepresent ourselves. please contact us at [email protected] and we'll be happy to help and even give you some more coins to continue playing free :). thanks!

Similar experience as others. Deposited. Played some games. Went to withdraw and was unable to complete verification almost like the button was turned off and "unclickable". Spoke with support and they seemed like they would help and then all of a sudden they stopped responding to every email. Ghosted and out my whole deposit with money trapped on their site. Edit: 8/14/2025. I was able to get in contact with someone at goldrushcity and they were able to get me assisted and cashed out successfully. May have been a system issue that is now resolved but all my issues were eventually taken care of. Adjusted rating to 4 stars due to issue being handled.

hi there. so sorry for the late response and also for what happened. we had some issues with ID verification document uploads early on and you may have slipped into that category of players that were affected. that being said, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll look into your situation. if you have money trapped somewhere in our site, we'll make it available for you to use. but please note that generally speaking, we are not only required to verify identity, but we take it very seriously. as long as you're able to provide the necessary materials to become verified, redeeming is fairly seamless. the issue you ran into no longer exists so you should be able to complete the process at any time. feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll do everything we can to fix this for you! thanks!

Eventually I got verified and paid. no complaints for the most part but support isn’t the most fast out there.

hi there. i'm sorry you had this experience. to be clear, we take ID verification seriously and if there was an issue with your verification we would have happily helped you to fix it. unfortunately not everyone that signs up for an account will be verified. the verification process also takes place by a well known 3rd party provider and we cannot interfere with the automated decisions. we can however override those decisions if the correct documentation is provided. regarding games, we did have an issue with games freezing but have since resolved this issue and all games should be working today. and anyone who encountered this issue would have been returned to the exact spin they froze at when opening the game since the fix. if you still are having problems, please do reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll take a look at your account and make sure to make you whole again if necessary. thanks!

This place is definitely a scam. After signing up i won over 350 dollars with the free signup bonus, verified my account & then all my winnings disappeared & I never received a dime! Tried contacting support who at first was responsive, & seemed genuinely eager to help….but then all of a sudden ghosted me. Don’t waste ur time! ——-they also deleted my account . Don’t let these people fool you
