Like most say customer support is hard to get ahold of and they do not respond to quick, tried the redemption process but you have to wait for them to message to be able to upload more documents which in its self is very difficult. I'm currently waiting to find out if for the 6 time my i.d. is actually accepted... if you have time and don't need the money you win go for it. If I ever get my money I'll not be doing this again as most site's are way more customer oriented and the process is less grueling to get the prizes you won. Game's were fun and I was hopping it was gonna be way better on this end I was wrong. just be careful!

I’ve been waiting six days for my redemption. My ID was accepted approved I was allowed to make purchases no problem on skrill where I am trying to get my redemption loaded to as well. The site clearly states ID is required for purchase and redeem since I could purchase there should have been no issue redeeming. I now have uploaded it twice today once on Thursday and Friday and I can only get a generic bot message back that had the same FAQ with no answer. I also have issue where I paid for tournament games and never got to play. I really would just like my money since I’ve been spending on it and to just have to keep sending the same stuff and documents over again If you read this goldrudh city please assist

It took 7 hours for my purchase to be credited to my account, poor game selection, but okay interface

So I made two purchases of the turnamant packages for daily tournaments but never recieved my my credits both times on 10 31 25. I was paid out 250.00 dollars after about 9 days and that was cool then redeemed another 100 and recieved it that same day. However my turnament packages haven't been credited and I made another 100 dollar redemption request and feel that is going to be another week. It seems the games are fair in odds but customer sevice is unresponsive and payouts take too long so those problems make this site very untrustworthy making the overall experience frustrating and irritated. Like the games nut they need to improve on customer service and redemption time. The odds as I said have been great but not worth the hassle of not receiving what you pay for when you pay for or what you redeem in a rimely manner. You don't even get customer service response. This is my second review and they respond to your comments through trust pilot but only to ask for your email so they can better help to resolve the issue when they should already have that info. I hope to have my issues resolved SOON or I will update this review with negative two stars. Thank you

I paid $7.77 to enter a tournament that I got 7th place in and should have won 2000 sweeps coins but I got nothing just a message just saying we had trouble claiming your prize and then it disappeared I can't get a response from customer service so don't waste your money here like I did

I like the site and games, that's the easy part to get right. Customer service takes days to respond, if at all. My redemption is still pending now going on 11 days. It's a shame because this could so easily be improved. It's almost like they just don't want to pay at all. I will update when I actually get my redemption. Reply: I do not have a drivers license, which I stated when I sent you the email containing my Passport. That was several days ago, why wouldn't someone say something before now? So, yes, this is on your end.

I really had high hopes for this site, however I was disappointed. I even purchased a small GC package to explore the games but no wins and I get it(it's a game of chance) however, there's no incentives, no daily bonus (although at one point they did mention in having or getting a "bonus" but I don't know if I had to "buy" in) the games do have nice graphics and they have a decent amount but I hope they make a few changes. At least a daily or something.
