I have been denied multiple race rewards totaling $850. I have one where I apparently violated terms by running the slot on infinite mode (a feature the slot has) and another prize for running multiple slots. I agreed with the owner to negotiate down due to running the slot on infinite and multiple slots but now they don't even respond to my emails. It's been weeks now and I believe they're legitimately just scamming if you win the races. Do not expect to receive bonuses that you pay for and/or win. Edit response: Please actually respond to my emails. You haven't actually given me the courtesy you said you have. You simply just ignore and continue to ignore.

I like the site and games, that's the easy part to get right. Customer service takes days to respond, if at all. My redemption is still pending now going on 11 days. It's a shame because this could so easily be improved. It's almost like they just don't want to pay at all. I will update when I actually get my redemption. Reply: I do not have a drivers license, which I stated when I sent you the email containing my Passport. That was several days ago, why wouldn't someone say something before now? So, yes, this is on your end.

Great platform. Great staff and original never seen anywhere else tournaments. I really enjoy their games and staff even the owner are exceptional. Thanks for the great times.

Still waiting on my redemption.... Keetoncak @gmail.com is my account. Don't understand why it says pending for so long. Pay me out and I'll change my review.

Very entertaining and enjoyable platform where you can stay home and have fun and anywhere you go
