hi charlie. i'd love to help but i need your email address to look up your account. i noticed that you've left a plethora of reviews about other similar sites and they're all 1 star. if you're having problems, i think it's best to reach out to support before leaving a negative review. but i understand your frustrated as well. our verification process is through a 3rd party and they identify/approve based on your photo ID and selfies. if they don't match, we can't get approval for you. however you should still be allowed to log in, purchase and play even with a partial verification. again, please reach out to [email protected] and we'll help you out. thanks!

hi shane. i looked into your account and you are correct that we didn't give you the correct amount of coins. we had an issue recently with Skrill whereby players who purchased certain packages didn't get the correct amount. i just credited your account and you should be whole now. PLEASE check and let me know if you've received them. you need to go to your 'Rewards' section and claim the coins. sorry again and thanks for reaching out!

Hi Samantha. i hear your frustration. you're making some serious accusations however and your words can be taken as fact by other readers. so, i want to make sure to be 100% transparent. if i'm incorrect, please let me know and i'll continue to look into this for you. 1. you created multiple (3) accounts which is against our policy 2. we allowed you to keep the account of your choice and deactivated the rest 3. you made one purchase of 4.99 and actually built that up into over 100 in redeemable sweep coins 4. we processed your redemption on 5/12 5. you purchased again on 5/13 and played through all but 1 coin. please take a look at the above and if anything seems incorrect, email directly to [email protected] and we'll continue to investigate. as for the us being scammers and broke, i assure you neither is correct. i hope after we resolve your issue you'll take the time to edit your review. but in any case, i'm sorry you had a bad experience and hope you'll reconsider us. thanks!

hi ricardo. unfortunately there is suspected fraud on your account which is why you're not able to redeem. somehow you were able to generate 355 awards worth $5 each and with zero purchases. the funds you are trying to redeem are not earned rewards. i'm sorry for your troubles but there's not much we can do about it. for anyone else reading this review, please take note that we cannot let players redeem funds that were not earned in game play using legitimatly purchased or awarded coins.

Hi Sherry. Sorry for the delay. I wanted to check your into your situation. From a regulatory standpoint, players cannot play if they're on land considered to be part of an indian reservation. while you may not be aware of it, over 90% of Oklahoma falls into this situation. It's definitely unfortunate but there's nothing we can do. it is true that other brands allow these locations, but they're not supposed to. i wish i could help more but it's just one of those things we don't control.
