I’ve been waiting six days for my redemption. My ID was accepted approved I was allowed to make purchases no problem on skrill where I am trying to get my redemption loaded to as well. The site clearly states ID is required for purchase and redeem since I could purchase there should have been no issue redeeming. I now have uploaded it twice today once on Thursday and Friday and I can only get a generic bot message back that had the same FAQ with no answer. I also have issue where I paid for tournament games and never got to play. I really would just like my money since I’ve been spending on it and to just have to keep sending the same stuff and documents over again If you read this goldrudh city please assist

Redemptions were relatively quick and easy. Overall good experience, site can be glitchy though.

I signed up and received the 500 SC and started playing. I ended up winning $2,200. I redeemed $999, and kept the rest till I received the first redemption. I had to email them for 2 months to get them to tell me I’m needed to make redemptions $500 or less. Meanwhile I made small 100 200 250 redemptions with the the other $1200 which they didn’t go smooth at all. I literally had to email them everytime because it was taking longer than a week or so. I think I maybe got 3 of them within a day or two. Start to finish it took over 2 months and maybe 30 emails. Horrible. And the whole two months I had that money on my account never received the daily bonus. And now it usually disappears before I see it or even play it. And it has taken that bonus right out of my account. It was a lot to get the money I won but I wasn’t going to give up. I will never put any of my money on goldrushcity

They lie.i sent front and back of my NEW ID and a bankstatment with matching address. How are those altered? Your just scam artists trying to save your reputation. Im verified at many social casinos with those exact same damn documents. Your frauds It's 3/10/26 and I just got this answered. Guess it took 5 months to think of an answer that looked the best. My documents are state issue and completely unaltered.

I won this weeks tournament for the grand prize of 50,000sc or $500, and I haven’t been paid. I really WANT to be able to give them 5 stars and hope to change this to 5 stars bc I like to play here and I have ALWAYS been paid by them, albeit some technical errors here and there. And I really want them to survive and thrive as a business. They have a very unique spin on social casinos with the tournaments that I really think can take off the more the site gets known. I however cannot get a hold of anyone or a response. Hoping I can get the issue fixed by reaching out here. They charge $20 per package of GC coins as well that I’ve purchased for the tournaments and I’ve spent a lot of time and money trying to win first place over the last however many months so it’d really suck to not get paid when I finally did win it. Horrible website. It eats bonus buys, deposits, and even daily rewards coins. I went to claim my daily coin bonuses over 5-7 times and it said claimed but it disappears instantly and you get no rewards. Cash outs over 100.00 take over 25 days even after the verification process. I was told if I got a Skrill card transfers would be instant ( they’re not) it still takes forever for redemptions. I did win a few times when I first tried it out but payouts the too long. You can’t link most bank accounts or payouts but can deposit 1,000 with the card. Kinda makes no sense. In the beginning I had a customer service representative who was helpful but as time went on the person who runs the instagram website no longer looks into issues, answers phone calls or even replies. I even sent numerous screen recordings of this issue and haven’t yet received a resolution or even a response.

Gold Rush City has been good to me. They are coming out with a VIP program I am looking forward to. They are also giving out surprise bonuses. Game selection is a little small but they have some of my favorites.

Sure this platform really pulls you in by leading you to believe that you are going to win. Just like the rest of these platforms. Then it's as if you get shot down shortly after. I continually add money as much that I am able to, without getting a bonus once. Finally when I'm able to get a bonus, I am not able to get up to the amount that they would allow for me to cash out. Just because it is good the first time doesn't mean that it's going to continually be good. I feel like it is a Juke just like the rest of these games on here continually raping us out of our money and laughing in our faces while they just rake it all in. They don't give good bonuses and you barely get anything to login. With my being so dedicated to their sites every day it is a waste of time and life honestly and it is very deterring and disturbing when you do dedicate yourself to these sites. You think that the platform would recognize this. Like when you get a bonus, you don't win because it took you so much to get there to that bonus in the first place. it's basically an insult to us players and makes us just want to Rally against you after being so grateful in providing good feedback after you hounded us to put a good review on trustpilot for you. Then you all go and do stuff like this it's just not okay! So, I take back what I said before about them. I don't care if you cash directly out to my card. It doesn't matter if you're never going to let me win again. So please spare me when blowing up my accounts and emails trying to get me to write a good review on your site when it's doing nothing to help me now but making me mad and wasting my time. Im sure many bother people feel the same way.
