The products are good but the customer service and the way they run the business is terrible. Email responses are extremely generic and come off as very disingenuous, when and if you get an email response. They say on their website 24 to 48 hours to fulfill products but consistently seem to wait days longer. There’s always an excuse as to why it’s taking longer, and that information always comes out after you’ve emailed them three times asking for an update. It’s just gotten to a point where it’s not worth ordering from them due to trust. My order was placed on July 2 and still has not shipped.

The products are amazing. I get the Kief to make hash and I just LIVE IT

Cheap add canabis derived terpenes and heat to 280 290 and wala thc distilate that tastes 10 times better than anything u can but online. Love this site.

There isn' a hemp vendor in the states (at least that I've found) that offers better value than Golden Hour. I've used MQ and Black tie quite a bit... But they don't hold a candle to Golden Hour. As an endurance athlete training nearly 30 hours per week, their products are of good quality and honestly, are indispensable for my rest and recovery. They are reliable, communicative and prompt with their customer service!

The company sent me a product that was old, dry, brown and nowhere near as described one one order. The worst product I have ever received from a hemp company. I threw it straight in the trash. Total waste of money. The next order I made, I had to cancel after a week as they never did ship it.

Product is very good and as described. Good quality thca keif, and disposable thca vapes. Both taste very good, and has very nice effects. This Vendor has a great variety of thca hemp products to choose from. Weight and product quality is also a good bargain. I'll gladly buy from this Vendor again.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Placed an order pay for express shipping. Expected my package within 45 days. It’s been over a week still not received my package. Customer service says they are processing my Order. It’s said that for over a week now. Good luck getting someone to help you. I will be contacting the BBB and Doing a chargeback. Stay away from this company. Side note: I’ve had really good experiences with purplecandygas.com. My package arrived within 3 days of ordering

After 4 orders, totalling over a grand, I would say this place is awesome - my single source. Great product, great pricing! After order #5, $500+, THEY STOLE MY MONEY, DIDNT SHIP MY PRODUCT, AND REFUSED TO ANSWER EMAILS. SCAM. AVOID LOKE THE PLAGUE. I will be reporting to BBB and my freind/neighbor with the DEA. I give it 3 months before the public is aware of your horrible business practice and you are likely closed down for your shady business malpractice. Oh, you thought everyone that uses your product is retarded? Guess again Golden Hour :) Steal money from me...let's see who is laughing come October. I'll wager $ you will have declared bankruptcy by then.
