Great product and customer service, for me only draw back was how long it took to get

So I've ordered several times from golden hour now. The first time I ordered it shipped within 24 hours, and customer service was extremely friendly, helpful and fast. But I've placed several orders since then and any email I've sent has gone completely ignored receiving no response, and my last orders took around 2 weeks for them to ship it. Ive tried their carts, disposables and pre rolls and they were all great quality and very cheap. I cant find comparable products for the same prices elsewhere. Because of that I still do order from them and would recommend their products itself. But if you need fast shipping or good customer support I'd say this is not the place for you. If you are okay waiting a while since your getting a deal then I say go for it. Thats just my honest opinion and experience.

The wholesale portal for this website is total crap. It took a week before my order was processed and another two days before it shipped out. I live one state away from these people, so it shouldn't take that damn long. Contacting customer supports leaves you with an AI generated email because they're a bunch of lazy stoners who couldn't be bothered to work at all, ever. Once you email these fraudsters that you're going to contact your respective bank, they spazz out, send an email, and try to send it to you right away. This is not the first time this happened, in fact it's like the third time. There's a new excuse every single time, involving faulties in their supply chain and distribution process. How and why the hell is that my or any other customers' problem whatsoever? This is one of the loosest places I've ever ordered any form of cannabis product from, so be super careful and mindful of when your order is processed, and eventually shipped out. Give it two/three weeks before noticing any movement of your package, though. Expedited shipping my foot. Another wonderful happening was right after I purchased an order of ten one gram jars of badder extract, they completely delist that option for purchasing entirely, forcing you to either go somewhere else or shell out more money than you were willing to spend. No, this isn't a promotional thing, which is what a fake email from customer service gave me. Implying that, and without any notification whatsoever, that this was some form of promotional event that won't even last a week. You don't even have to go to high-school to realise these people don't give a crap about their customers or any form of efficiency in any way shape or form. Hold the company responsible for their incompetence, and hopefully things will change for the better in the future. Also these street prices they put on some of their products on the regular portal are ridiculous. I'm not buying from my middle-school dealer anymore, 10-15 a gram for flower is absurd, and the concentrate prices are ridiculous when biying a small quantity. I want to see the whole process of seed to plant to extraction, but there's no transparency whatsoever in their process.

EXTREMELY SLOW SHIPPING. Lack of timely communication. Proves you get what you pay for. SMH!!!

Don't waste your time and $. They did OK at first but then suddenly sent me the WORST flower ever, full of seeds. The more expensive flower wasn't any better as far as smokable quality. Finding this many seeds is unacceptable and their response is "it's a natural product" blah blah. They also sent me the wrong item and I had to debate them on getting money refunded to me. There is no reason I should have to argue over customer satisfaction with any company for any reason.

Cheap as hell and reliable. Ive ordered from them probably a dozen times spending a couple thousand dollars. The 1g disposables & screw ons are great, the 2g disposables have bad hardware and usually break or autofire before they are finished. The prerolls, water soluable powder, and badder is also great.

My husband and I have ordered several times from Golden Hemp Hour! We love their products and prices are even better. The only downside is their processing and shipping take a while. If you are looking for something for the coming weekend this is not your place. If you can wait two weeks you're golden!
