I'm very pleased with the quality for the price!! Yes, it took a while to receive but I was prepared for that. Compared to what is available in my area, it's definitely way more bang for the buck!! I will be continuing business

I have placed 13 orders and received every order. They always return my messages quickly.

I thought I had luck because the first time I ordered it came quickly and the packaging and product was fire. Sadly it seemed too good to be true. The second time around trying, they declined my card and cancelled my order three times, at first I thought it was my card. Then I figured out soon that it wasn’t. Tired contacting customer service to see what was going on, and it’s ALL automated messages. They keep saying it needs to go through the manual verification process, that’s literally all they’ll tell you.. No one helps you until way after. There’s no call number.

i ordered from them while people said they were doing terrible and it fame within a week. reordered some of the rosin and the tracking hasnt been updated. they need to change who they ship with. alot of the packages coming out of where there located go to ybor city and its a notorious usps location for packages going missing, now thats not on them, but its been long enough that they should have addressed this issue already

It has now been 8 days since I placed my order of over $200 and paid for express shipping. It still doesn’t even have a shipping update or eta. Customer service has not responded to me. You can’t charge for express shipping and then just not work on the order. Now 8 days later, still no response and they aren’t working on my order. This company is terrible and shady and doesn’t care about its customers once they get your money. Dishonest thieves.
