I thought I had luck because the first time I ordered it came quickly and the packaging and product was fire. Sadly it seemed too good to be true. The second time around trying, they declined my card and cancelled my order three times, at first I thought it was my card. Then I figured out soon that it wasn’t. Tired contacting customer service to see what was going on, and it’s ALL automated messages. They keep saying it needs to go through the manual verification process, that’s literally all they’ll tell you.. No one helps you until way after. There’s no call number.

i ordered from them while people said they were doing terrible and it fame within a week. reordered some of the rosin and the tracking hasnt been updated. they need to change who they ship with. alot of the packages coming out of where there located go to ybor city and its a notorious usps location for packages going missing, now thats not on them, but its been long enough that they should have addressed this issue already

So I've ordered several times from golden hour now. The first time I ordered it shipped within 24 hours, and customer service was extremely friendly, helpful and fast. But I've placed several orders since then and any email I've sent has gone completely ignored receiving no response, and my last orders took around 2 weeks for them to ship it. Ive tried their carts, disposables and pre rolls and they were all great quality and very cheap. I cant find comparable products for the same prices elsewhere. Because of that I still do order from them and would recommend their products itself. But if you need fast shipping or good customer support I'd say this is not the place for you. If you are okay waiting a while since your getting a deal then I say go for it. Thats just my honest opinion and experience.

They’re pretty slow but you still get your stuff. They needa fix that or they will lose customers

fair prices. That being said, thca hemp is very terrible when compared to other sources of thca cannabis. I only buy hemp because I am apparently mentally ill and an alcoholic lmfao. I got brainwashed by THCO. This place doesn't sell THCO and the prices are fine for what it is. Tastes clean compared to other hemp stores so I guess it is passable. The thca carts are almost impossible to burn without heating them somehow. I've done countless preheats. I do not know how thca hemp is grown and prepared but they (the industry itself) cannot be telling the truth. That or it is simply grown and prepared at much "cheaper" standards. I never should have got on hemp and just stuck with the local (physical storefront - started as Marijuana) dispensary. Been toking 18 years. I will put the other day as the experience considering I took one of the last tokes I was able to muster from a cart then.

Incredible product with kinda sketchy operations. Left me for a week not knowing what was up with a $250 order but it did ship. Really dumb not to just say what’s going on and also sketchy they don’t have a phone number and don’t answer emails daily.

I like the product and prices. Not happy that it takes days for your order to be fulfilled and then the fact that you can buy something that is out of stock and not be told that information and just have to wait it out sucks!
