horrible customer support, i would give zero stars if i could, wont even reply to my emails or messages about cancellation.

I ordered from them three different times the first time I was happy with the product except shipping took forever orders from them a second time the weed I brought was unsmokable for me and my friends throw it in the garbage literally then they have this 50% off sale so I ordered the same product I ordered the first time that I was happy with it was the glitter bomb hash this time they didn't send me the glitter bomb hash they sent me trash hash couldn't even give that s*** away I text them I received a text back 2 Days later saying they're sorry they can't do anything no exchanges or refunds on the 50% off sale even though I told them they didn't send me the glitter bomb hash that I ordered after 2 bad experiences out of 3 I washed my hands of them

Order did take a little while however I am pleased with quality and product offerings. Will return.

Bro they suck ass, shitty customer support, I state a problem with the order not even being shipped or processed and they send the same email every time, talking about “if you want to see tracking status click this link or ask why hasn’t your order shipped”, and I ask why hasn’t it been shipped and they don’t answer and if they do it’s just the same email over and over again like are y’all even reading the emails!?!! Like I can see the tracking status and no updates have been reported on my order. It’s been 7 days and my order is still being processed, they told me on the 2nd day I made a purchase that my order would be shipped in 24-48 hours max and it hasn’t, they can’t manage orders for shit, I don’t recommend at all!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. My minor son was able to place an order for age-restricted products using a prepaid Visa gift card and have them shipped to our home. As a parent, I find this deeply concerning. I have requested that the company explain what age-verification process was used for this order and whether any meaningful safeguards were in place to prevent sales to minors. Until I receive a satisfactory explanation, I cannot recommend this company. I will also be reporting this company to the appropriate regulatory authorities for investigation into its age-verification process and compliance with applicable laws. Parents should be aware and monitor their children’s online activity carefully.

Takes 4 or more days just to "process" your order! Ordered express shipping on Wed of last week and they still have not shipped the order!
