Absolute garbage of a company. They deny transfers, can't pay my bills because they see it as fraudulent behavior and now my direct deposits aren't showing when they should be. Worst bank ever.

Scam alert🚨🚨🚨 This is totally scam and they’re the fraud not us! They needs to be held accountable for not letting us to use our money! Today I tried to add money to my Apple wallet using my debit card and they declined it and I called customer support to let them know, they told me that they blocked the transactions because I have unusual and fraudulent account activities which is not. They told me there might be someone using your debit card with apple wallet and there’s no way other peoples use my apple wallet on their phone. They told me to wait for 1 hour and try to use it again, so I tried after 1 hour and declined again. Someone please make them go virtual in the internet it seems like they’ve stolen thousands of peoples money, they’re scammers!

Worst banking experience ever. Last night my card was froze even though I said the charge was not fraud. They told me I would have to wait for 7 to 10days but could draw money off my account by going to Walmart with a code made through their phone app. I then tried to login but wouldn't except my password. I changed it three times and every time I did, despite the fact that I I copied and pasted the same password I had set in the process, the password would be reset. Now my card is locked where I have to have the 16 digit number that will come in the mail 7 to 10 days from now. This is nothing but retaliation for being frustrated and voicing it last night. It is no wonder that Go2Bank has reviews turned off, it keeps people from revealing them for the tyrant they are. Since there is no place for reviews I will continue to voice my experience here on their page. Worst customer journey I have ever experienced. My opinion is DO NOT USE THIS BANK. I run my business with that card, in 10 days I'll be out of business.

I'd like to give Go2Bank A negative -Star. I have a CC with this company and each time I make a full monthly payment towards the CC. For some reason a few cents will become missing. The first incident was .27 cents which it had no transaction date, no vendor, no Go2bank withdrawal fee, Absolutely no reasoning for this loss. I replaced it by Debiting it from the other account on file. I made another full payment towards my card. I then Locked the card. Today I noticed .70 cents which it had no transaction date, no vendor, no Go2bank withdrawal fee, Absolutely no reasoning for this loss. Been on hold for over 20 minutes since entering all information into their IVR system. Experian, Credit Karma, and other credit builders should truly be ashamed for offering such BS cards.

I only gave 1 star because I had to to write a review. Worst, worst, worst business ever. Horrible customer service. I've been on hold 2 hours. Each time I call from another phone I get transferred and up on hold. Cant understand any of the customer service agents and all work from home where I listen to their dogs and kids In The background. By word of mouth and review pass it on, DO NOT USE go2bank FOR ANY REASON! T These reviews don't phase them because they aren't even in country.

OMG this is NOT a bank! It's a bunch of BS. IF you happen to lose your debit card, you can't do S*** for two weeks until the replacement card comes! You CANNOT transfer money OUT of Go2Bank to ANYWHERE without your debit card so you'll be freaking jammed up Now it's December 1st and I need to cash my freaking check to pay bills and I'll be g*d**n if I just woke up and they're f****** site is down.

Worst company ever. This is not a debit card but a big scam. How do they charge you $2 or so everything you use your card at a store, atm, and even when you transfer money. I asked them to shut down my account and send me my money ey back because they let home depot take out $50 when I made a transaction for almost $200. I said if the right amount wasn't available why give them anything? Then I waited 2 weeks for them to get my money back and then they lied and said they can't send people emails and that I had to spend what was left in my account because they do not offer refund checks for the balance in your account. This is all a big scam for sure. Then a week later I get an email and then a week after that someone says hey we will send you a refund for the $50 in your account. The messed up thing is I had my direct deposit going there. So now they have over $800 of mine on hold. I will have to get an attorney take them down.

I just got off the phone with this lady who I couldn't understand because she isn't from the US...tried to explain to her about my email on the app but she just wouldn't listen to what my question was....now after reading more complaints they are a very bad business....DON'T USE THEM AND GET NORMAL PEOPLE SO WE CAN UNDERSTAND YOU.....
