It's been over 30 days and I still have not received 4 refunds from cash app $170 total I get a different excuse everytime I call. I get hung up on. Lied to. I can't understand half of what they say. They lie. I've had 7 tickets already and still no help. This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. I only have them a 1 Star because I HAD TO. There not even a millimeter of a star.

My card was locked because fraud activity for $1 purchase. I was charged $24 for a replacement card which should have been here at the end of August and here we are in September 27th still no card or communication. They are placing false fraud charges so they can take people's money. I'm so fukn pissed 😡.

They blocked my account without prior notice which is illegal. I have 3600.00 dollars they say I can't transfer out. They say I can spend it in store or online. But my card is not working. Now they want to send me a check which will take 3 weeks. I have kids I need to feed. Rent to pay amd thsts all my money amd I have to wait 3 weeks. Calling channel 13 news and seeking legal advice. They blocked my account on September 11 amd said wait 2 business days. Its now the 25th... they have done nothing.

Fraud protection is bull just a way for them to ste .only and all they do is pass the buck none of the employees know what there doing , 1st I got an alert on a charge the lock my card we spoke the unlock me card I stated was my charge they charge my card anyways .2,3,4 locked then Un lock my card then 5th time no notices card locked permanently because if an 1 dollar ubher charge mind u I use Uber 3 times a week at least . Then I have to pay 24.99 for a new card because my money is locked I get new card same card number but different 3 number security. I call ,go online ,and chat 4 times at least100 times in a 3 day period Technical difficulties That's all I hear for 72 hours then finally I get someone on the phone they tell me that card is locked because it has the same number as the other card and I need to pay 2499 to get another card and I said I refuse to pay it so they are. Sitting there being nice, and they're not gonna charge me. For a card that's coming to me, we'll see if it gets here, but it means time my money is locked down. And that's a bull I went 9 days and counting.

Too long on hold waiting for a response, transferred to a manager, on hold again, talk to the manager he puts me on hold, then call disconnected, showing a pending payment for something already paid, getting feed up, ready to switch, although most of the time I usually have no problems, they send out a fraud alert if I buy from somewhere I've not bought before, and if I say yes it was me, card is still good

Would give no stars if possible. This bank is a scam. Made a cash deposit and they locked my card immediately for fraudulent activity they claim but can't state what the activity was. I called and could easily prove my identity but they say it doesn't matter I still have to wait for a new card. Customer service is horrible. Worst I've ever seen. They are taking out money and illegally holding it and can't even state on what grounds. They use the fraudulent activity bs to try to cover up what they are really doing which is taking people's money and using it without paying us the interest and or service fees that they charge us. Horrible excuse for a bank. I'm out a lot of cash now because if GO2 banks unfair scamming practices. Use at your own risk. I see a law suit or 10 coming soon.

Still fighting go to bank for my money. After almost 4 weeks I finally received my new debit card in the mail. I used it three times the evening that I received it. The following morning I tried to use the card and received a suspect fraud result. Since then I have been unable to use the card at all. I have spoken with corporate on several occasions they continually tell me there's nothing wrong with the card that I should be able to be using it but they are also saying there is some huge glitch in the system some technical glitch as they described it this was from three different corporate Representatives. They refuse to send me any type of letter explaining the reason why I am unable to pay my storage fees and my phone bill and all my other bills that I have past due now for a month. Nothing in writing no email no letter nothing explaining this glitch or reason why I am unable to have money transferred into a different account that I might be able to access. The legitimate bank that I now have an account with does not understand how it is that go to bank can hold on to my funds and not honor my requests at transferring money into this other account. It seems rather squirrely is what I was told by my new bank. I'm looking into reporting them to the OCC and the consumer financial protection agency and the better Business bureau there are several other options such as the Attorney General and The Consumer Protection office. l This is appalling. How can a bank get away with such practices?

I got a card from GO2 Bank. After using the card and seeing the high fees for adding money and the fact that they also charge you service fee monthly, I decided that I didn't want the card. I cancelled the card several months ago and now I'm getting emails about checking my account. They have still been charging me a monthly fee. I tried to call to inquire why they were still charging me but you can't speak to anyone unless you enter a card number. When I cancelled the card I cut it up and discarded it. They can add all the service fees they want to. I will not be paying them.
