Whatever you do do not use this card it's a disaster. Customer service is in India or overseas or whatever I was on hold for almost a whole hour and I got nowhere with these people. Somebody put a hold on my card and I can't get it opened because I don't remember my address I used for this card it's been 2 years and I moved. How the hell are you supposed to get your money off your card when he can't remember. Now they have my money I'm a senior citizen living off of Social Security and they had my card and I can't get access to it. Do not use this card are you might get screwed just like me.

I received letter from Go2Bank stating I opened a Checking account and there was a Visa Debit card. I tried calling and you can't speak to anyone in the US! They are rude and don't understand English (at least our definition of English). This account was open fraudulently and they won't close it. I filed a complaint with the BBB & the Federal Reserve.

If your thinking about opening a online account don't use go2bank cause the customer service is a total joke and if there is a pre authorization hold by a merchant just know that 10-12 days after the merchant has released the hold they hold your money in pending status for additional 10 -12 days and act like they can't release your money,even after giving them proof that the hold was released days ago the don't care and they totally wipe that entire pre authorization hold from your account being u can't ever find it and u only get a call center not even using based They don't help and resolve issues instead they create more cause each person u speak with tells you something totally different and none of them help at all still having the same issue of them keeping 160 of released fund, back in my account. Now that's not a bank I'd like to bank with

Horrible banking system! Put money in my account and try to use my card for a purchase, only to have transaction declined time after time. I use the chat feature to chat with someone to find out what's going on. Well, the chat system is horrible and very unhelpful. So, I call to talk to someone in customer service and I get the worst customer service I have ever had in my life, and still can't make the purchase I'm trying to make. This company needs to be shut down!

You need to hire professional customers service the 2 women that refused to identify there selfs refused give me there work ID number and would not provide me the the information regarding someone opening an account that I didn't open and has the nerve to disconnect her self from the call there NOT Working stealing from work refusing to answer any information almost been a 2 hours and I will hold all night if I have to regardless all phone calls are recorded and monitored as well as for me recording this conversation I already knew I was going to have a problem with them

Worst bank I've ever dealt with. Absolutely terrible customer service and would not recommend them to anyone.

If I could give it negative stars, I would I called to tell them about an account at their bank that is being used by scammers for FRAUD against people. I work at a company that the fraudster used an employee's name to update their banking information to THEIR banking information. Luckily I found this out in time. HOWEVER, Go2Bank customer service hung up on me because the lady could barely speak English and didn't understand what I was telling her. She insistead that I had to have a card number because an account number wasn't good enough. I called back to the fraud department and was told that they can't find an account using the account number! I told them their bank was being used by scammers to commit fraud and I assumed they would want to know, but they said essentially "oh well". What bank on the planet cannot look up an account using an account number?! I didn't ask for any information, I was just trying to GIVE them information so they could flag or watch this account. I'm wondering if this entire "bank" is used to launder money and defraud people? Now I see why their overall reviews are 90% horrible.
