You guys are a scam and you guys get a job why don't you and stop getting people SSN card numbers you guys should be in jail for what you do. And you guys are not good people.

Go2Bank has allowed two bank accounts to opened in my name fraudulently within months of each other. I have freeze and security alerts at all three credit reporting agencies and with ChexSystems. When I closed both accounts (on separate occasions) I was told I would receive email confirmations but that has not happened. Did they go to the person who opened the accounts who knows.

The company closed my card before I could use. Claimed inactivity, but only had it less than seven days. Then charged a $5 monthly fee claimed it was because one month period. Total trash card stay away! The reviews are true. Don't make my mistake!

I have been a GO2bank customer for a couple years and I have never had an issue that was not solved in a week. They have been great for me. I go to retailers and load money on my card that is available almost instantly, and I do transfers and never ran into a problem. I've seen a lot of negative reviews about GO2bank but personally they have been amazing to me! Just keep an eye on your account, change your password every 30-60 Days, watch where you do online shopping, and turn on notifications. It's been smooth sailing for me as a customer. I love the Mobile app, and the multiple products they offer made for everyday people. I gave 4 stars because the issue I have is customer service, it's sadly pretty bad and I have came across multiple rude employees for no reason. They need to work on getting better customer service representatives and train them properly.

I switched to Go2Bank and let me tell you it was the worse decision I have EVER made. I used 35.00 on my overdraft for gas and I got charged an extra $15 fee and the next day I got charged another $15 fee for the same thing. The over draft is no good. They sit up here and charge so many fee's in a day or two and it doesn't make sense. Go2Bank is the worse ever. They are charging fee's for nothing.

I received a gift card from Go2Bank, it charged me monthly fees at the end they wanted me to pay.

I work for the railroad and we switched to go2bank to get paid early which is a service they say they offer. Do to the fact that go2bank doesn't process direct deposits on the weekend we will no longer use this bank it's not post in the brocure at all.so I will take all 200 accounts and close them and no longer use this bank,also will tell everyone I know not to use this bank as well early direct deposit is a service we pay for but can't receive it. So I will b reporting this to the better business bureau also
