I would not recommend go to bank card to anybody there very negative they will pull money out of your off your card when your card is locked they don't don't update their file your files they're just a s***** banking service all the way around they'll tell you that your password is wrong when you know damn well your passwords right and lock you out of your account they're just the s***** s***** s***** don't go with go to bank or anything to do with Green Dot cuz go to bank is part of Green Dot if you do you made a bad mistake

I received a text stating that my Go2 bank acct was over drawn. I was in shock because my account has never been over drawn. When I looked it up, I had 6 unauthorized transactions totaling $461 from companies I had never heard of or done business with. I called Go2 bank and filed a claim. In less than 12 hours they had finished their investigation and said there was no mistake! I was shocked and really upset and called back but they read off of a script and were no help at all. I have since gone to the BBB and filed a complaint. This bank is a joke. I am on a fixed income so this hurts.

they just scammed me out of 8000 dollars all these stories on here about them sound the same i’m suing currently but if any one is interested in a class action lawsuit let me know we need to make sure this never happens again to anyone

This bank, like my other online bank account isn't worth the time it takes to write this review. I thought I would try this bank account since they advertise the ability to do bank transfers. Come to find out, through outsourced customer service I have to go through Cash app. to bank transfer money. The reason I bring up the out sourced part is because I could only reach partial English speaking people who give only scripted answers. No real help at all. Tried their online text service. Not much better. If you really can't help a customer don't advertise you're number 1. Just not true. Scroll on.

I’ve been a customer of them for close to two years now I have never had such terrible customer service in my entire life and I am 53 years old. They give you one number to call. I can’t get through to them because they canceled my card and sent me another one that I never received so I cannot get in touch with them. I can’t get paid on my direct deposit Instagram they have not helped me at all. You can’t get through to a live person. Do not put your money in this bank do not cause it won’t but you will play hell getting it back. I promise you that I can’t even get paid West Bank ever should be closed down.

Actually a Minus 100 Rating! As copied and pasted from my "RICO claims" over on trustpilot.com's . . . booking.com's page, as copied and pasted . . . ! " . . . .actually this review was to be updated since I discovered that Go2bank is handling most ALL of the booking's front money movement for Booking.com. And that is what I found 2 weeks ago on one of my booking's replies, that some not-really-a-support agent supplied me to . . . "contact Go2bank and have them fix the situation!" "To contact them rather than booking.com because go2bank was the so-called middle money transfer agent between client and than booking.com! In other words, booking.com agent was telling me that the bookings are NOT in OUR hands, go . . . and contest go2bank instead! And I found out in the last few months, THIS YEAR, that go2bank has a WORSE rating of a ***93% Ninety-three percent) BAD*** ratings on trustpilot.com than the very bad rating of booking.com of Reviews of 75,638 • or 69 % Poor Ratings, and that's why their are in the same "BAD RATINGS Gang!" Makes me a real believer in "birds of the same feather flock together!" SO as a "public service" to way more people, aught to tell more people about the 'bad Ratings" gangs huddled together, and found on trustpilot.com ASAP! (admin. not their fault, nor cause to allow conned-sumers the rea TRUTH about 2day's highway robbers' companies!) So more people are **not ROBBED** and **left stranded** after booking travel, and or NO place to stay, and actually PAID for both, but NOT receiving neither, but ROBBED! And told by both in the "Robber's GANG,"go away don't bother us," were to busy counting money they sold off of 10's of thousands of people, between the 2 RICO Gang members! . . . The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The representatives in every department rely on pre-scripted responses they are provided with and not one single person knew what they were talking about. Any time I asked a question that they didn’t have an answer for, they deflected to a different department and without asking me, they would transfer me immediately. There were a few times when the representative hung up on me because they didn’t like how I was able to prove them wrong. The dispute process is a scam, they do not investigate unauthorized transactions properly and refuse to provide any evidence or documents that support their investigation. They claim they have call centers across the United States when in all actuality the call center is across seas and are being handled by people who aren’t American citizens. It’s a complete joke and anyone who is thinking about banking with them should think twice.

I've had an account with Go2Bank with a balance of just $0.06 for quite a while. I reduced the balance due to a financial consolidation when I closed out several bank accounts. This one ended up remaining open due to what I recall as interest being applied to the account based on the past balance. I have tried to relinquish the funds and close the account to no avail. I am simply told no. On October 30th, Customer service provided me with a URL to opt out of the emails. This URL does not exist. Stay away from this bank!
