Glossier have the most amazing customer service. Let alone their products being the best I have used, their customer service is on another level. I have never had a query or concern they haven't gone above or beyond for so huge well done to the Glossier team. A very admirable business who I will always recommend not only for their products but for their out of this world attitude and work ethic.

Tried one of their blushers but was too bright for me. I asked if I could possibly do an exchange but they said I can just keep the one I had and they'd send me a different shade for free! Superb customer service, have already recommended them to friends. Product is so good, lots of staying power.

I left some very honest reviews about my experience with a few of the products on their site, and out of the blue, the customer service team refunded me IN FULL for the items I had a bad experienced with. Amazing service and I will deffo be back to get more cloud paint for sure.

I ordered a sweatshirt and it arrived super fast. I was surprised when a delivery guy rang my bell, because I assumed it would take way longer. So amazing to have everything go so smoothly!

I am very disappointed with the service, first time I have purchased as I’ve seen great reviews of the product, as soon as I received my order confirmation I was advised my products wouldn’t be sent until the 18th due to a stock inventory, it would have been nice to be advised of this prior to purchasing. Today I receive an email advising there is a problem with my payment and asking me to update my payment details with a link?! Strange as funds have been taken from my bank via PayPal.... I’m getting really fed up with dishonest companies. I’ve contacted CS and logged a PayPal claim/to get my money back with proof of payment being taken. Glossier, I would really appreciate you explaining or rectifying the situation. Really not impressed!
