I ordered a few products from Glossier which arrived quickly. I wanted to return one product (Lidstar) so emailed their customer service team; they responded straight away and had processed the refund within half an hour (on a Sunday)! Great service. And really liked their 'Solution' exfoliator.

I’m in the US to visit my husband and I’ve been wanting to order from glossier for a long time, so I did 12 days ago, still nothing, and it keeps pushing back to pending I know Covid 19 is also a reason for delays but don’t tell the customer it takes 7 days at the max than.. I’m leaving tomorrow so too bad.

That's it! I am in love. Not only is this line amazing, but the service was just as good. Got the hand cream! smells divine. The lip gloss, super hydrating. The eyebrow liner and gel!!!! I found this line through a wonderful make-up artist called Andreea Ali. She was not kidding when she said this is the best eyebrow product! I am thrilled I found this new line, and the prices are totally reasonable.

Lovely products for a good price. I once received a damaged product but customer services helped me out promptly by sending me a new one. Will definitely return!

I asked to change the scent of my balm dot com as I regretted getting the sparkly one rather then the mint one so it was my mistake. I spoke to someone called Teresa asking if I could change the order obviously they could not due to it already being processed. She said she would send out the one I wanted for free without returning. I’m very pleased as I get the one I wanted. Great customer service and cannot wait to try the products out.
