GlossierReviews of glossier.com

This company is amazing, my friends have all had great products and customer service. The product i ordered didnt suit me, i was amazed how quickly they sorted it out. It makes you want to support them. I will definately buy from them again.

I received the wrong package from Glossier and was feeling quite frustrated about this after having a bad week. I emailed the team, and got an almost instant response from Shawnna who reassured me that she could send out the correct parcel and I would be able to keep the other products to avoid the hassle of returning. The parcel was shipped out that day and arrived only days later. Thank you to the team for your quick response and sorting out the problem so efficiently! Great customer service - and amazing products.

Perfect blush - effortless to apply and looks beautifully natural

I have bought from Glossier a number of times. Their products are amazing but only bettered by their customer service which is exceptional

Vildt gode produkter, og god levering - det tog ca. en uge før mine produkter kom, og jeg er SÅ tilfreds med dem! Det er ikke sidste gang jeg bestiller derfra!

Love all the products they have, especially boy brow and their serums! They have all been so good for my skin, and very easy application and use. They have gained a permanent customer

I have never ever experienced such exceptional customer care. And not just the CC but the products are perfect for older skin. Skin tint and stretch concealer give me a healthy even glow very becoming for a women nearer 60 than 50. Love this company.

Incredible service from Shawna, thanks for that! Hope the makeup is just as good as the service, then I have nothing at all to say than I’m speechless ❤️
